Challenge Overview
Build a Facebook app on the Force.com platform that uses the new Force.com Toolkit for Facebook (v3). Here is a really great tutorial with everything you need to know to get started with the toolkit. The Github repo for the toolkit also has instruction you might want to look at. Theres even a sample Facebook application built with the toolkit that you can use to test with your data.

Some ideas we would like to see include:

1. Pushing data to Facebook (new product release info, wall posts, coupons offers for friends, etc.)

2. Pulling Facebook data (posts, likes, comments, shares, photos, tags, friends, etc.) into salesforce.com and report on it in interesting ways or use it as part of an application such as managing and promoting affiliates or rewarding activity within Facebook (top likes, shares, tags, comments, etc.).Some ideas for reports include:
 Page or App. Specific Reports

3. Create a Force.com site/page that runs inside Facebook as a Page Tab so that Really Shiny Teeth Inc. can publish content automatically (news updates, product announcements, promotional events, etc) to Facebook.. perhaps even with an approval process or workflow?

Your application doesnt necessarily have to have all of these features and it could certainly include ones we havent thought of. Be as creative youd like.

Must have adequate test coverage (75%+).
