Brivo Labs I/O Docs, port from Postman

Here's the existing site with one single resource partially stubbed out:��http://brivolabs-iodocs.herokuapp.com/brivolabssam

The current I/O docs source code is attached, as well as the full API source code. ��For the latter, the Readme and the Postman.json files should be your main resources.

1. Update public/data/brivolabssam.json to reflect the endpoints supported by the current Brivo Labs Pi/SAM API
2. The code should deploy to Heroku
3. Basic documentation should be included inline, and hints for the best authentication experience should be included. Think about what would be helpful to a new developer trying to learn/test the API.
