You should save the logs in Google Docs/GDrive unless you have a good technical reason why your solution cannot/should not do so.
Your solution should be scalable (you don't have to test it with thousands of users/logs, but you should be confident it will work at scale)
Your solution should be as easy to set up, as easy to use, and as easy to maintain as possible, while still satifying the requirements.
Your solution is not required to enforce usage of this tool, but bonus points will be given if it is possible for admins to centrally manage/mass install your solution for end users.
