Create an application using Java on Google App Engine similar to our CloudSpokes signing process. The PDF needs to simply have three fields that the end-user fills in: first name, last name and email address. Once the end-user signs the PDF and submits it, the application must make a call back to DocuSign and fetch the envelope to get the fields with the data. We specifically want to capture the email address so that we can call another function (that we will write) with it.
