Generate ideas for Smartsheet Usage Dashboards (non technical)

Dashboard requirements:

1. Describe two "dashboards", one that is user-centric, and one that is organization-centric, based on data that can be retrieved via the smartsheet API
2. The dashboards must be visually appealing and provide real value to a user or organization manager

You are encouraged to familiarize yourself with the Smartsheet UI, review the Product Tour and main use cases to understand what Smartsheet users can do and what they might care about". ��

You are not required to generate visual mockups of your ideas, but you are welcome to if it helps better convey meaning.

The ONLY hard requirement is that your mockups be based on data that COULD BE retrieved from the current version of the Smartsheet API.
