Challenge Overview
Develop a survey application with a look similar to the screenshot in the Assets section. The application will accept a JSON��payload (a sample is attached in the Assets section) and dynamically render the scorecard UI. The user must answer all questions and provide text in each text box in order to submit the survey. Simply POST��the form (as JSON in the same format with IDs) to��http://requestb.in for testing and provide us with the URL.
