Contest Details

In this challenge we want to brush up/refine the provided design in order to provide our users a more FUN experience when using our application!

To do so, we specifically want you to solve following requirements.

1. Add user interactions and tap effects.

Thinking about your life insurance is not the most excited thing to do because it comes with very complex product structure with lots of difficult terminologies.
We want you to add user interactions and tap effects to the current design so that we can provide users more FUN through using this app.
Please be as creative as possible and add as much effects as possible, we will think about what to keep and what to give up considering performance and overall balance at the end.
Please keep in mind that the user interactions and effects must be implementable with Javascript (no native, no flash…).
- Storyboard your interactions and tap effects (show finger taps and interactions!)
- We are looking for interactions and tap effects OTHER THAN GENERAL MOBILE EFFECTS such as sliding screen.
- Including animation like animated gif icons can also be a great approach to make the app fun.

2. Some functional changes in existing design.

We have some user requirements changed and we need you to fix the design to meet the new requirements below.

2.1 Add a list of saved calculation results in user attribute entry screen.
User can save the current calculation result to the browser cookie, when user restart the calculation they can start from the saved result.
We want you to add a list of saved result in the user attribute entry screen so that user can select saved result and start the calculation from there without re-entering user attributes again.
The saved result list can be a separate screen but a link to that screen must be in the user attribute entry screen.
- In the list, each saved result must show date & time, total premium amount, number of selected plan.

2.2 Add a list of recommended plan in send email screen.
We want to recommend other insurance plans (the plans that they didn’t select in the calculation) before they send the result via email, so we want to recommend unselected plans on the send email screen.
It will be up to about 3 plans to be recommended and each plan can simply display the plan name, so it doesn’t have to be a list format, it can be boxes, banners, etc.
User must be able to select/un-select one or more recommended plan(s).
- By selecting/un-selecting the recommended plans the calculation result will be automatically updated in the background, and updated result will be emailed.

2.3 Limit the number of insurance plan to be displayed to 3 by default.
Current design shows a list of all 6 insurance plans in the calculation screen (05 Total Premium.PNG).
We want you to change it to show only 3 insurance plans at default and expand the list to show all 6 only if user wants to see all.
- By limiting to 3 plans it will give you more space to use in the screen so please modify the design to improve user experiences.
