Contest Description
REMA is a real estate company looking to update their customer and agents mobile "real estate" experience. We are looking for the topcoder design Community to help us with planning our new "user experience" (UX).

There will be two kind of users for this application:
1- Consumers: Consumers will use this application to find country-specific Residential & Commercial properties according to their search criteria.
2- Agents: Agents will use the application to conduct business with existing and potential clients and to stay informed with activities/information from their office.

Note: REMA is a codename for this project.

Design Concept Goals:
- How should this mobile application look?
- Suggest user screen flows and navigation.
- What shoudl the priority features be?
- How quickly could you find information?
- What is the best UX for a customer trying to find a real estate?
- Think simple but effective solutions! Have fun creating this - let us know how you think it should work!
- Use current "flat design" techniques and iOS7 influence
- We want this to be MODERN application design!

Use the 320 x 480px (Standard sizes) for submission format. Make sure you create graphic in 'shape' format, so when resize for retina versions, graphic still look sharp! It will be great if you can provide the landscape version.

This application will have two user roles:
A) Consumer User Stories
1- As a Buyer I want to view Listings (for Sale and Rent) in my city so I can see what’s available now.
2- As a Buyer I want to view information/content in my native language and local currency.
3- As a Buyer I want to view Listings on a map so I can see what area/neighborhood they are in.
4- As a Buyer I want to view Listing details (specs, documents, price, photos, videos, etc) so I can see what features it has.
5- As a Buyer I want to Search for Listings based on my specific criteria (e.g., location, price, features, etc) so I can narrow down the results to those that meet my needs.
6- As a Buyer I want to save Favorites so I can easily find the ones I’m interested in and check changes in price.
7- As a Buyer I want to see the Status of a Listing (Just Listed, Price Change, Offer Pending, etc) so I can know if anything about it has changed.
8- As a Buyer I want to share a Listing with friends/family through social media (Fb, twitter, G+) so I can get their feedback.
9- As a Buyer I want to Rate a listing (entire or room-by-room) as I view it and/or tour it and have my Agent see that information so they know what I like.
10- As a Buyer I want to see Listings based on my Ratings so I can see which ones best meet my needs/wants.

B) Agent User Stories
1- As an Agent I want to view my current Contacts (e.g., from Salesforce, Google) so I can contact them via phone call, email, or text as needed.
2- As an Agent I want to view Tasks assigned to me so I can follow up/complete the tasks.
3- As an Agent I want to view my upcoming Appointments (e.g., from Salesforce and from Google) so I can plan my day and be on time to meetings/conference calls.
4- As an Agent I want to view my Production Stats and see where I am in relation to my Goals for the week/month/year.
5- As an Agent I want to send and receive Referrals from other Agents so I can expand my business.
6- As an Agent I want to view the History of a Listing so I can see what it sold for in the past.
7- As an Agent I want to reach out to/chat with other Agents in my office and/or on my Team so I can stay in the loop as to what’s going on in the office and with my business.
8- As an Agent I want to invite Clients/Prospect to an Event in our area so I can market Listings to them and see what interest they have to buy or sell a property.
9- As an Agent I want to enter a New Listing while at the property (and having just received the Seller’s approval) so I can get the Listing published to websites/Portals/apps as quick as possible.

Challenge Requirements
1) Review the two users experiences
- How can the functions and navigation be optimized?
- How should things be grouped to keep the experience useful and simple
- What features need to be prominant and what features can be found?

2) Review the submission rounds for requested screens
