1.1 System Description
Our client need to upgrade a Call Centre Data Collection Application that records call details (client information, authentication information, activities performed) for compliance/audit reporting. Currently, the application is a multi-user MS Access 2003 application.
It's expected to build the new web application with modern technologies. The desired technologies are:
- Visual Studio 2013
- ASP.NET MVC 5
- SQL Server 2012
This assembly will provide both backend and frontend of Collector Rewrite application:
- All entities defined in Model Class Diagram.
- All services and their implementations defined in Services Diagram.
- All controllers defined in Controllers class diagram and corresponding Razor view pages.
