Challenge Overview
The mobile app is very straight forward. Our discussion boards comments are kept in salesforce.com. Once the user logs in with their username and password, display a list of challenges. Once that user selects a challenge, show a threaded list of comments (similar to how it displays on this page) and a textbox where we can enter a new comment or reply to an existing one. New comments and replies do not have to sent via email, just add a new record to the database. No captcha is required either.

To get you started quickly, install this package into a new developer org and you'll have all of the custom objects and fields that you need. Take a look at the new saleforce.com Mobile SDK for tutorials, quickstarts and documentation.

Use��jQuery mobile for the UI and host the application on salesforce.com or any PaaS platform (Heroku, Cloud Foundry, App Engine, etc.). Use any supported language that you'd like. If using a PaaS, we would recommend that you take a look at the REST API to make life easier.��
