The main goal of this challenge is come up with NEW UX design concepts for the all NEW Brivo.com site.

For this challenge we will be following the click path of a Brivo Dealer. The following scenario is what we want to show in our design flow:

I am a dealer who is interested in Brivo products and services. I go to Brivo.com to learn how Brivo products can help my customers. I land on the home page and immediately understand what Brivo is all about and how Brivo can help me. I know I'm a dealer so I follow the messaging and navigational clues for dealers. I log into Brivo.com and start looking through Brivo's products and solutions. I click on Brivo's Products & Solutions in the navigation and land on the main landing page for Brivo Products. I see a list of products and descriptions and I want to start filtering that list to find what I'm looking for. I filter the products list by selecting solutions for Commerical Properties and the products list refreshes only showing products that filter that criteria. I find the product that I'm looking for and I click on a "learn more" link in the product description. This takes me to a product detail page where i have all the information I need at my fingertips. The product detail page contains a full description of the product, has links to request a demo for that product, contains technical documentation, white papers and manuals associated with that product. I read through all the information and see that there are several related products that also might be of interest to me. I'm interested in learning more about this product and I see an option for a Live Chat to get more information about the product. I chat with a Brivo specialist to get answers to my questions.

IMPORTANT!! Design Concept Considerations..
- The site will be responsive - design for Desktop and Mobile (iPhone) in this challenge
- We have provided the design-direction.pdf to help you get started, this is just for reference please DO NOT COPY
- Give importance to the overall layout and think on how a user would interact with the content on the page.
- Use the Brivo logo

General Features:
Below are certain features which we have identified that need to be included in the pages to keep up the user engagement.
- Header navigation should have these items: "What does Brivo do?, Products & Solutions, Support, About, Contact, and Search"
- Log-in & Register
- Show the 1-800 number for quick contact
- Live Chat inquiry: This feature offered specifically for customers (post-sales)
- Social share feature + social media news feed to be include as Blog face-lift and also need to be present in top navigation
- Learning/resource center
- Customer Testimonial Feed
- Search functionality
- Multiple language support functionality; including: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian

Concepts:
Below are the pages and ideas required within this design challenge

1) Home Page:
First and foremost we need to quickly answer the question "What does Brivo do?" A large portion of the home page will be dedicated to introducing customers to the Brivo Brand. We need to provide quick links to the brivo brand story and requests for product demo. This area could also include video and other brand related messaging around introducing the Brivo brand.

Secondly...we need the ability to immediately segment our audience upon landing at Brivo.com and direct them to where they need to be. Very little messaging and more directive calls to action and triggers to get site users to relevant content.

We will target 3 main site visitor groups from the home page. Think of the home page as a quick access portal to get users to targeted relevant content. (For further reference, please see site strategy doc provided)

1. New Users
- Introduce new users to the Brivo Brand and products

2. Existing Customers
- We will provide existing Customers a link to log-in. They will have a customer profile.

3. Brivo Dealers
- We will provide a Dealer a link to log-in (user the same log-in as the Customers). They will have a dealer profile.

The home page will showcase Brivo Brand Segments (sub-brands) like Brivo Labs and Cloudpass
- We need a solution to show the Brand Segments - how do users's get access to Brivo Labs and Cloudpass (See design direction doc for possible solutions)
- For each of the Brands, we will have a short description and two buttons "Learn More" and "View Brand Story" - these act as the "Call to action" buttons.
- We need to target the traffic coming to the site, as the site has three types of users "New User, Existing Customers and Dealers" how can this be effectively handled in the design?

2) Product & Solutions:
In this page, users will have the ability to quickly browse through a list of Brivo Products and their Offerings/Solutions.
- What would be the best way to display different Brivo Products?
- We need some "call-to-action" button to allow to the user to view more details about the product.
- An option to search and filter through products will help the user find the product quickly and easily.
- There could be list of "Solutions" are provided by Brivo, these could be categorized by the industry the solution is provided - we need to show this categorization in the page. Solution categories include: Property Management, Federal Government, Retail, Education, State & Local Government, Commercial Offices, Health Care, and Manufacturing)
- Think on what general features listed above can be included in this page?

3) Product Details:
In this Page, user will find more details about the product and other product related materials, technical documents etc...
- We need to show the product and also the description about the product.
- We might have product video that can be shown in this page
- There could be technical materials associated with a product which could include PDF's and Docs - how could these be handled in this page
- Think on what general features listed above can be included in this page?
- We also need to show related products on this page and provide links to learn more about them. Think of how you can display this
- We need an area to show updates for this product
- We need to have a form for users to fill out if they want to recieve updates on this product. Show a name and email address field

4) Search:
- A user should have the ability to search for products or a keyword across the entire site
- We need to have search at prominent location across all pages.
- How will the search results page look like? Please come up with your ideas for this.
- What are the features, we need to have within a search results page?

Branding Guidelines:
- See attachments
- We will provide additional branding guidelines and assets via a private folder.
