Challenge Summary

Welcome to the Fast!! 12Hour - Aceso Mobile Design Finalization Challenge This contest is focused on creating and finalizing the user story for the Aceso Mobile application. We have some missing screens and need them completed ASAP so we can build the Aceso Mobile Prototype! 

Single Round and FAST!!


Design Goals: 
- We have two design storyboards - "Storyboard-161222.zip" and "Storyboard-161260.zip" attached to this challenge.
- We need you to finish/udpate/complete the missing screens for both the storyboard designs.
- DO NOT change the design/look and feel - just finish/complete the missing screens.

Use the provided source files and continue to build using them

Contest Requirements:
1) Storyboard Design - 161222
Attached are the existing screens and PSD source files. Please update and complete the following screens

00: App Icon
We need an App icon for this application! Keep it simple!

01: Login Screen
01_7_Landing_page
- A user clicks on "Patient Tools" and they see the left "navigation" options
- We need a login screen after for when a user clicks on any of these items. Once they login the links work.
- Login screen should also have a "Register" process

03: Find a physician flow
03_1_Find_a_Physician
We need to change this flow
- The user is already on the hospital application
- The user needs to be able to see a list of physicians by name or by specialty
- We need a list view design (by Physician or by Specialty)
- We need a screen for the Physician Profile
- From the Profile we need to be able to see a calendar of available appointments
When requesting an appointment with a hospital physician, have a field that asks for “Referring doctor” from a saved picklist of Favorite doctors, or enter a new one

04: ER Wait Times screen
From 
04_ER_Wait_Times the user will see 01_5_Landing_page
- We need to be able to close this screen 
- We need the text to say "Emergency room will be ready in" (remove Today's Appointment)

05:  05_3_Health_Medical_Library_sharing_options
- We need to be able to close this screen 

06: Schedule
- We need a "Make an Appointment" screen
- The user needs to be able to Make an Appointment and also Edit an Appointment

06 :
06_2_My_Schedule
- We need to be able to close this screen 
- We need another screen for messaging the physician (send email having a subject and email content field with cancel and send buttons)
Show successful message after email send.

2) Storyboard Design - 161260
00: We need an App icon for this application

05: 5_2_physician_profile_detail
- We need to add a contact button on page "5_2_physician_profile_detail" 
- We need a contact physician screen (send email having subject & email-content with cancel/send buttons).
- Show successful message after email send.

07: My profile detail
- We need to show my profile page (non-editable view) and add edit icon/button for navigating to edit prfile page "7_edit_-profile".

IMPORTANT
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance

- Hospital patients!

- How well you plan the user experience and capture your ideas visually
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design
- Your design should possible to build and make sense as a mobile application

Submission & Source Files
Preview Image
Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Submit JPG/PNG for your submission files.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop and saved as layered PSD file.

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. We may ask you to update your design or graphics based on client's final review feedback.

Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.

Fonts, Stock Photos, and Icons:

All fonts, stock photos, and icons within your design must be declared when you submit. DO NOT include any 3rd party files in your submission or source files. Read about the policy.

Screening:

All submissions are screened for eligibility before the challenge holder picks winners. Don't let your hard work go to waste. Learn more about how to  pass screening.
