EIAD need your help to design a solution for iPad to build conceptual mockups for a membership advisor tool. We are looking for the topcoder design Community to help us with planning our new "user experience" (UX).

The main goals of this application are:
- Get potential member to sign up to become a member.
- Narrowing the focus to what is of interest to the potential member.
- Sharing that with them via email or other and demonstrating other visual collateral all while showing them around the club.

Design Concept Goals:
- How should this application look like?
- Suggest user screen flows and navigation.
- What should the priority features be?
- How quickly could you find information?
- What is the best UX for a customer (noting that a lot of the page needs to implement standard salesforce features)
- Think simple but effective solutions! Have fun creating this - allow the Equinox brand to stand out in the salesforce framework

Use the 1024×768 (Standard sizes) for submission format. Make sure you create graphic in 'shape' format, so when resize for retina versions, graphic still look sharp! It will be great if you can provide the portrait version.

Issues to keep in mind while designing your solution:
Issue 1:
This application functionality will live within salesforce, a screenshot of Salesforce attached (Salesforce Screenshot.png) that shows the menu expanded, the highest-level menu will remain (hamburger icon + collapsible sidebar on left) so that will need to be taken into consideration for the design, keep in mind you need to redesign the sidebar to match the look and feel of your design.

Issue 2:
This application will be used on tablets (iPad).

User Story:
- Membership advisor shows app to Customer.
- The app will display landing page.
- Step 1: Membership advisor will select Rate Cards for customers; rate card will be information about each club including location, so the customer can select the club he would love to join.
- Step 2: Membership advisor will show the customer the fitness schedule on the selected club so the customer can select the classes he likes to join.
- Step 3: Membership advisor shows membership options, personal training and Pilates classes  available for the customer so he can select from.
- Step 4: Finally a result of user choices will be shown to the user, and can be sent to them via email as a PDF file.
Notes:
- Steps 1-3 are not necessarily in that order - the user can go through any direction as long as they end up on 4 as terminal point; Such as 0 > 2 > 3 > 1 = 4
- Think of this app as a brochure with dynamic content.

Required Screens:
A- Landing Page
- Maybe a banner or a carousel.
- Here you can show information about the client.

B- Rate Cards
- Rate card will be information about each club
- You need to add styling to rate cards.

C- Fitness Schedule
- Maybe show a table with weekdays and what classes can be found in each day and at what time, so the customer can select the classes he wants to join.

D- Packages
- Maybe show the customer membership options, personal training and Pilates classes he can choose from.

E- Results of User Choices
- This page needs to show the customer everything he selected the club, classes and training package.

Placeholders for text and other content works fine for these deliverables in this challenge as long as they are clearly defined and do not interfere with the usefulness and clarity of the submitted designs.

Supporting Documents
- Styling Guideline (style guide.pdf)
- Salesforce Screenshot (Salesforce Screenshot.png)
- Rate Cards (2014_CLUB.RATE.CARD_NYC.pdf)
- Company Logo (Logo Suite.zip)

IMPORTANT
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance

Target Audience
Membership Advisors; they will walk the club floor with the device in their hands while they are talking to a potential member.  The idea is for it to be somewhat interactive - goal is promoting a focused view of the club based upon a couple of questions that they ask the potential member - their goals for fitness.  Collateral is still in development for things like short videos of fitness instructors talking about their style of leading etc.
