Challenge Summary

Welcome to eBay New Hire Experience Infographic Design Challenge! The goal of this challenge is to create a cartoon (fun) depiction infographic of our ideal new hire onboarding experience.

Round 1

Checkpoint:
We would like to review your infographic and provide feedback!

Round 2

Final:
- Your final infographic design and files
- Any updates and refinements from the Checkpoint review

Contest Details:
eBay is looking for a cool Infographic poster that illustrates the experience that an new eBay employee has when they are hired. We want this graphic to be fun and engaging! (Have fun creating it!)

You are encouraged to submit rough concepts for the Checkpoint (so we can provide you feedback on your directions and overall graphic/illustration choices) and then clean them up/finalize your design for Round 2. Please note that we are looking for infographics ONLY.

Design Notes:
- No istockphoto allowed in this contest. Use your own designs and illustrations
- Please make sure you listed all Fonts you used on your design to avoid failed screening.
- Color theme should not be boring - remember this is a poster and infographic! - It should be engaging!

Design Requirements:
We want to create an infographic that is a fun way of explaining a "new hire (employee) onboarding experience"
- We have provided a whiteboard image that captures the user story (Onboarding Ideal Story.pdf)
- New hire narrative story (New Hire Narrative.docx)
- A recent onboarding experience image (Recent Onboarding Experience.jpg).

Important Notes:
- We are NOT looking for an exact copy of the Recent Onboarding Experience.jpg - but something that is light and fun (like this) is fine and it does not need to be so cartoonish.
- Focus on the "Infographic" aspect of this - show us your concepts! We are interested in what stats should be shown in the poster and how it should be illustrated.
- In Round one your design doesn't need to be perfect - show us your concepts, ideas and illustrations - so we can provide you feedback/art direction.

Branding Guidelines:
- Color: Visit http://www.ebayinc.com for branding colors.
Fonts: Open to designer, please be aware of font delivery requirement.
Size:  Poster Size - 11” x 17” inches, but it's important that we get submissions as vector art so we can scale and use the infographic in a variety of places.
