Challenge Overview
This is the project you've all been waiting for! It comes but once a life time! Probably not. Anyway, we want to build an automated notifications system for our challenges.
This will analyze all live challenges on a large number of different key performance indicators, create a page that contains all this data, and a system that automatically emails the relevant information out to the correct people. Our system needs to be able to vary what metrics we measure and the thresholds for each one.
This project will probably not be started immediately.
Deliverable
What we're looking for is a plan to build this system for us complete with technical architecture, schedule and implementation plan. If there are other deliverables that should be included, please do so.
