The purpose of the challenge is to provide a design for an improved Business Planner tool interface. Redesign the tool’s landing page above and at a minimum the screens used to carry out a profitability analysis (see Section 4 of the attached training deck – pages 71-104). If applicable, please also include any information regarding workflow redesign. All approaches are welcome – from an updated version of what already exists to a completely reimagined user experience!

Design Problem:
The following features have been flagged as confusing by multiple users and require design improvements.
1) Too many dropdowns, pages, tabs, etc:
- Farmbook has a lot of dropdown data entry and many buttons to click to enter any one piece of data – this helps to ensure standardization, but increases the time for data entry.

2) Responsive design:
- The application needs to adjust for the size of the screen from desktops to mobile clients.

Background Information about this Software:
- The Farmbook suite was designed to enable farmers to develop customized business plans with details about their costs, revenues, sales and profits.
- The software calculates profits and generates reports, and collects comprehensive agricultural data on inputs, cropping calendars, labor, costs, financing plan and sales that can be integrated into the monitoring and evaluation process for an extension program.

IMPORTANT!! Design Considerations:
- How can this design be updated in terms of look/feel?
- What needs to be on the initial screen?  Should there be more/less?  What should be the priorities on this interface?
- The interface you are designing need to be intuitive.
- How will this look on different screen sizes?
- We would like you to think outside the box, show us your design expertise...!
- Think simple but effective solutions!
- Please Number your Screens (01, 02, 03 etc.) - it’s easier for the client to review.
- Have fun creating this - let us know how you think it should work!

Screen Sizes:
- - Desktop: 1024px (width) and height as required.
- - Mobile: 320 X 480px
