Welcome to FAST!! 12hrs - Hercules - Single Page Gofoto Application Design Challenge!

We recently ran a design challenge to get the designs for an iPhone - media sharing Application. This application allows users to share video, photo from their phone to TV. For this challenge, it is simple and straight forward design task, we would like you to design a single page that will be used in TV - please see below for more details.

NOTE: We have very quick deadline for this, try to JUMP in as quickly as possible!


The Purpose of this challenge is to design a screen that will be used in the customer's TV to add a device. We need to design this page http://54.196.122.206/ shown here, client already have a page designed for this (https://gofoto.herokuapp.com/?e3195c89-443b-45af-9c1a-a6c739de7650) but are looking to have a design that is still inspired from their existing page but align little closer with the existing iPhone App designs (attached).

IMPORTANT:
- The screen which you are designing will be used in TV.
- Please have the width of your screens as 1024px and height as required
- We want something that is simple and "inspired" by what is shown here: https://gofoto.herokuapp.com/?e3195c89-443b-45af-9c1a-a6c739de7650 but aligns a little closer with the existing iPhone App designs (attached).
- This page will be developed in HTML5, please make sure to have the contents center aligned, so the contents gets arrangement doesn't change irrespective of the TV screen size.

Page Requirements:
A user enters phone number in this page in their TV screen to send an SMS with a link to add the TV (device) to their phone. Contents of this page includes the below..
- User enters the phone number, please make sure to have a size that would be clearly visible in a TV.
- 'Send Link' button, what should this be the size of the button?
- We need a pre-loader when user clicks on "Send Link" with words "Sending..." followed by "Preparing.." and then show message based on whether the entered phone number is valid or not.
- When user clicks "Send Link" without entering any number they see an error "Please enter a valid US phone number"
- When a user enters wrong phone number, they see "Failed to sent SMS: The 'To' number +13333333333 is not a valid phone number., url: http://is.gd/z9j0b0" and change the button to "Retry in 60s"
- When a user enters valid phone number, they see "SMS Sent! url: http://is.gd/z9j0b0" message

- Cleanliness of your graphics and design.
- Design looks and User Experience.

Submission & Source Files:
Preview Image
Create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024 JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Please upload PNG images in a zip file with all requested contest requirements stated above.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator and saved as layered PSD/AI files. 

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics, images (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors.

Stock Photography

Stock photography is not allowed in this challenge. All submitted elements must be designed solely by you. See this page for more details.

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.

Fonts, Stock Photos, and Icons:

All fonts, stock photos, and icons within your design must be declared when you submit. DO NOT include any 3rd party files in your submission or source files. Read about the policy.
