Challenge Summary

Welcome to "FAST!! 72hrs Museum Stores iPad App - Mobile UI Storyboard Design Challenge". This challenge purpose is to create look and feel for our upcoming museum store application created for iPad devices. We already have the wireframes created from our previous wf challenge to be used as your references.

This is a FAST challenge with only 2 days available for 1st round and 1 days for 2nd round, so join us NOW!!

This challenge purpose is to create storyboard for our upcoming museum stores iPad application along with their interaction concept when being used in the museum. Please read more detail requirements below :

General Requirements
1. This application purpose is to draw museum visitor attention to visit museum store.
2. We will use ibeacon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IBeacon) technology to draw visitor attention. 
3. We want the application guide people through the museum to the store - at the same time, we want people in the store to guide people to exhibits in the museum
4. We want there to be a gamification experience. There would be beacons in exhibits and we want people who use it to gain points as they visit exhibits. When they get to the store they can get discounts on store items based on points accumulated.

Screen Requirements :
1. Login Screen (including error page) 

2. Homepage Screen - This screen will be appear after user login (via socmed or guest). 

3. Collector - Map Screen - You need to create a scenario interaction when user with the iPad device approaches the beacon near particular museum artwork. Should the artwork description shown automatically when the user near the beacon or should the description shown when user click beacon sign in their ipad, it's up to you.

4. Collector - Map - Artwork information details screen. (click the beacon sign -> click the popup window). This screen shown important information about the artwork item in the museum gallery, who create it, History behind it, The artwork meaning, etc).

5. Purchaser - Top Items Store Screen - You need to create a scenario interaction when user with the iPad devices enters the store. Should this screen shown automatically once the devices detect the store beacons? This screen should shown an image carousel of the items in museum store (top items) with their description.

6. Purchaser - Items List Screen - Showing all the items in museum store in List view with thumbnails along with their prizes. Touch the photo will show the artwork in bigger size and touch the location icon will show the location of the item in museum store.

7. Purchaser - Basket Item List Screen, This page should shown item that being selected by the user to purchased.

- Size : 2048-by-1536 resolution at 264 pixels per inch (ppi)
- Orientation : Portrait
- iStockPhoto : Allowed (make sure use only photos, not object/art/illustratin drawn using computer).

- Wireframes (we know it's created for iphone ratio, but please use it for your references)

Museum Visitor (General Society).

Judging Criteria
Your submission will be judged on the following criteria:
- How well your design follows iPad Standards.
- How professional your UI is designed, consistent, clean and creative.
- Great User Experience.

Submission & Source Files
Preview Image
Create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024 JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Please upload PNG 24-bit images in a zip file with all requested contest requirements stated above.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator and saved as layered PSD/AI files.

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics, images (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors.

Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.

Fonts, Stock Photos, and Icons:

All fonts, stock photos, and icons within your design must be declared when you submit. DO NOT include any 3rd party files in your submission or source files. Read about the policy.
