Challenge Details
The main goal of this challenge is to take the provided design problem and design a simple, clean eBay branded responsive user experience (UX)! (We will be building this responsive, but want you to focus on the desktop and mobile versions for this challenge).

The goal of this responsive APP is to provide a community-driven web site which facilitates the creation of Programs, Applications, Opportunities, and allows Candidates to: join Programs, select Opportunities (both within a Program and on a 1:1 basis), and socialize.

The scope of this responsive APP is an internal-facing application available to over 30k employees of eBay Inc., spanning over 24 countries.

Design Problem
Talent Bridge
This responsive design concept is designed for an eBay employee. The goal of the application is to enhance the user experience with the eBay Talent Bridge (or People Development Marketplace). The Talent Bridge is an application that allows eBay employees to actively engage in their professional development at eBay. The goal of this responsive application is to develop a community-driven site, which facilitates the creation of Programs, Applications, Opportunities, and allows Candidates to: join Programs, Select Opportunities, and socialize with other eBay employees.

A user can use this application to quickly research eBay development programs, join and manage their progress within these development programs.

Design Considerations:
- Focus on creating your unique approach to this project and the user experience
- Give importance to the overall layout and think on how a user would interact with the content on the page.
- We have attached a few screenshots from a demo prototype - please DO NOT COPY
- Please use the branding guidelines given below.
- Images: You can use stock images for this challenge. Images that show people having fun in the workplace, and images that relate to the ebay corporate culture.
- We've provided you with a design direction document with some high level wireframes. PLEASE DO NOT COPY these wireframes exactly, but use them to help you think thru some of the functionality and UI for our required screens.
- We would like you to create the screens in following sizes:
- - Desktop - 1024px as width and heigth as required
- - Tablet Storyboards - iPhone Portrait display (320 x 480px)

Branding Guidelines:
- Need to follow the style guidelines from http://www.ebayinc.comPlease ignore the global header elements and the footer content.
- You may use the ebay logo from the above website link
- Follow the color guidelines as shown in the website.

Required Screens:
This Application will have three types of users:
Candidates: Who will apply for a Rotational, Leadership and Mentoring Programs.
Mentor/Host Leader: A User who has applied to be a mentor/Host Leader for a specific period.
Program Manager or Site Admin: They select the candidates who had applied for Talent Bridge Programs or any other user who has applied for Mentor/Host Leader positions.

For this challenge, we are going to concentrate only the "Candidate" Functionalities and a single page for "Program Manager".

1) Welcome/ Home Page:
This page shows the overview of Rotational, Leadership and Mentoring Programs Programs at eBay.
- This will be landing page for the application, what contents can be shown here - think from a logged in and non-logged in user prespective.
- A non-logged user will view the Programs currently accepting applications but they need to be logged-in to apply for a program.
- Think on how a user will login into the application (login screen)
- Logged in viewers will have the ability to interact with the site, like applying for Programs.
- Use an eye-catching photo that relates to the APP concept and brand

2) Dashboard (Logged in) Page:
A Logged in user will be able to view a Dashboard.
- We would like to show a User Profile.
- We need to include the Program(s) the user has applied for/part of.
- User would have applied for programs and user will be able to view the status of the application, status could be  “Pending, Under Review, Accepted, Declined”.
- Candidates will have the ability to comment on the rotations, leaders, programs, etc
- In case of a PM, also gives links into viewing/editing Programs, applications, etc

3) Navigation
- How does the user navigate this application?
- Think from a logged-in and non-logged in user prespective.
- Include navigation that you think fits with the application concept.
- As this is a responsive design, how will the navigation in a mobile look like?

4) Program Details:
This shows the title of the program, description, and other fields for applying
- As an eBay employee I want to be able to quickly view the developmental programs and opportunities that are available to me.
- If I am interested in a particular program or opportunity...I want the ability to read more information about that program.
- Possibly think about program guidelines, overview, dates, progress, members, and related programs as something to include within a program or opportunity detail screen.
- A logged-in user should be able to apply for the program.

5) Program Application:
If the user decides to apply for a program, they will see this screen.
- A user fills in the application, the application may consist of a variety of different input types: text, multiline, radio, checkbox, file input, etc. and user submits it
- On submitting, the application will go into pending state.
- Candidate will have the ability to view/edit/withdraw their application.
- PM and Candidate will have the ability to comment in the application.

6)
Talent matching (Candidate)
Once a candidate is accepted into a Program, s/he will have the ability to select preferences of available Opportunities.
- The candidate should be presented with a list of all possible
opportunities within their Program.
- User will be able to sort through them, filter based on things like location, search
terms, etc.
- Basically, the candidate should be able to select (n) number of opportunities which they
are interested in for this 6 month rotation.
- They should be able to ‘save’ or ‘pin’ their selections,
and order them in order of preference, think on how a user can order his preferences of opportunities.
Once their final selections are made, they should be able to “submit” this list to the Program Manager for Talent Matching.

Program Manager:
For this challenge, we would like to create a single page for program manager that allows them to choose a candidate for the program

7) Talent Matching (Program Manager):

The Program Manager has the job of matching the Cohort to the Opportunity for each of the rotations.
- Program Manager will be able to view list of candidates who submitted their opportunities preferences.
The PM (or anyone with admin access to a particular program) has the job of matching the Candidate to the Opportunity for each of the rotations.
When the selection is made, that is the opportunity where the candidate will spend the next 6 months.
The PM should be able to see all candidates who have made the same selection, probably by viewing an Opportunity and seeing a list of candidates who have selected this Opportunity.
The PM should be able to make notes on the Candidate’s selections, and ultimately “Approve” a particular selection.

Optional screen:
8) Presentation Screen
