Archer is a marketing logistics and fulfillment services company. Archer is known to help their customers streamline order fulfillment process, reduce the cost of logistics and simplify their execution. Recently new services have been added that include technology and digital print for marketing. Archer has a portfolio of 10 industries that it serves. These include Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods, Financial Services, Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Life Services, Publishing, Prepaid Cards, Quick Serve Restaurants, Retail and Technology & Communications.

User Design Scenario
A sales rep will meet with new and existing customers to sell services of Archer. The sales rep would use the iPad App built on the Digital Sales Aid Kit to present the services to the customer. Archer customers may have services from Archer and so the Sales Rep will want to sell additional services. A new Archer customer would receive several presentations from the iPad App.

The Archer Rep, Sam, pulls out his iPad before his sales meetings and logs into the Archer DSR APP just before his meeting to review the materials that he is going to present that day . Sam wants to show his client Archer’s Print Services Plan for his customer and he browses thru his sales materials to find the asset. Sam finds what he is looking for and pulls up the brochure for Archer Print Services. Sam reviews the content with his customer and then quickly shows his customer some additional services thru other sales materials that he has chosen to show in this meeting. (Content could include video, PPT presentations, PDFs, Application Demo’s, and HTML5 Websites.
After a successful meeting Sam selects the materials that he has reviewed with the client and sends them to his client via an email. Sam leaves his meeting and navigates to another client presentation that he has prepared.
For further reference you can see a demo here. We’ve also provided key screen shots that help tell the use case scenario for us to base our designs off of.

Design Problem

Use a made up Restaurant name as an example when building the application. Use the content provided on the attached PDF document (Assessment Brochure (1).pdf)

The demo’s focus will be on selling digital print services to new and existing customers.  The demo will require print services stores from various industries to strengthen the customer’s confidence in Archer’s print experience.
