Challenge Overview
The goal of this challenge is to fix the number of bugs of the new topcoder site (http://www.topcoder.com/) that are outlined below.
Bug #1
Issue ID: I-111439
Bug Overview: Challenge column headers are missing when user changes when doing advance search
Steps to reproduce the bug:
- on http://www.topcoder.com/, go to Design or Development challenge page
- click on "Advance Search"
- select a challenge type that you think will have no result and click "Apply" button, example on Design challenge page, select "Banner/Icon" type and hit "Apply" button. The page should display this message "There are no active challenges under this category. Please check back later" to indicate that the search has no result.
- click "Advance Search" again and select "All" in the contest types, then click "Apply" button.
- notice that the result or the challenge list doesn't contain its column headers

Expected Result:
- column headers should be displayed when there is search results
- make sure this is applied on both Design and Development challenge pages
Bug #2
Issue ID: I-111436
Bug Overview: Prevent submission page if they are not registered
Steps to reproduce the bug:
- on http://www.topcoder.com/ site, go to any open challenge like an assembly that requires registration
- click on submission link
- upload a zip file
Expected Result:
- users that are not registered to the challenge should be prevented from uploading. They should not see the submission page and do uploading of a submission

Bug Overview: Algorithm tab is highlighted even if you click Marathon tab under member profiles
Steps to reproduce the bug:
- open http://www.topcoder.com/
- click Community, then under the "Top 10" section, choose any handle
- on the member's profile page, click on the Marathon tab

Expected Result:
- Marathon tab should be highlighted

Bug Overview: Clicking challenge name doesn't redirect user to challenge detail page
Steps to reproduce the bug:
- go to member profile URL: http://tcqa1.topcoder.com/member-profile/abedavera/?tab=design
- from the Recent Winning Submissionn section, click Challenge Name
Expected Result:
- User should be redirected to challenge detail page

Issue ID: I-112237
Bug Overview: Challenges - Column Headers space issue when all the challenges are loaded
Steps to reproduce the bug:
- go to http://www.topcoder.com/active-challenges/design/
- click "View All"
- see the column Registrants and Submissions, noticed that they don't have spacing
Expected Result:
- Column headers spacing should be proper
Bug #6
Issue ID: I-109398
Bug Overview: Submit button Text should be same on every browser.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
- go to http://www.topcoder.com/contact-us/
- see the "Submit" button
Expected Result:
- button should be uniformed across all browsers (FF, IE9+, Safari, Chrome)
- don't use browser based button style, use the orange button style like the "Register" button that can be found in the upper right corner of the page when user is not logged in

1. Activate theme and plugin
2. Import provided XML file
3. Set home as front page
4. Set permalink to %post_name%
5. Please install site on local.topcoder.com (add to hosts file), so your local site can read tcsso and tcjwt cookie
