Challenge Details
Sechi is a company looking to create a mobile application to be used by its technicians. We are looking for the [topcoder] design community to help us with planning our new "user experience" (UX).

The main goal of this challenge is to take the provided design problem and design a simple, clean mobile user experience (UX)!

Design Concept Goals
- How should this mobile application look?
- We are providing simple wireframes so you can follow the intented flow - feel free to suggest any enchancements
- Suggest user screen flows and navigation.
- What should the priority features be?
- Think simple but effective solutions! Have fun creating this - let us know how you think it should work!
- Use current "flat design" techniques and iOS7 influence - this will be an iOS application

Supporting Document:
- Sechi Mobile App Storyboard (Sechi Mobile App Storyboard.zip)
Note: Please treat this storyboard as a wireframe, and DO NOT COPY them exactly - they are meant to help guide you and let you understand the application the audience would like to see designed. Think about the user experience/user interactions and show us your solutions!
- Color Palette (Color Palettes.zip)

Design Problem
Maintenance Concept
This mobile design concept is designed for Sechi Technicians. Sechi is a word in Japanese describing field service Installation and maintenance work.

Color Palette
See download: Use one or a combination of these color palettes. *Remember...we're looking for a sleek, clean, modern looking design

Mobile Application Target Audience
- Sechi Technicians

Mobile Storyboards - Portrait View
- Design screens for iPhone 5 portrait display (640 x 1136)
- This is for native iOS/Apple phone - design for this experience!
- Make sure things can scale for Retina! We might request Retina versions for final fixes (so capture appropriate items as vector so they scale)

Technician User Story:
- The Technician checks daily schedule.
- They check map and go to clients house via the most efficient route.
- Technician views account data and calls to confirm.
- Technician takes pictures of the broken AC unit and attaches the photo to a ticket
- Technician scans barcode to see parts details and related data
- Technician add notes to ticket when completed
- Technician closes ticket

Required Screens:
00) Application Logo/icon
- Create a simple logo for your application
- We will also need an icon for the phone dashboard
- Something simple and clean that doesn't distract from your screen design

1) Welcome Page
- User landing page/dashboard
- We do not need a login screen - this would be native iOS
- Explore how this page should work (and keep it simple!)

2) Navigation
- How does the user navigate this application?
- Include navigation that you think fits with this mobile application
- We will need to build this navigation - so provide detail

3) Schedule Page
- Tech checks daily schedules
- Tech checks map and go to client house via of most efficient route

4) Account Data
- Tech views account data and calls to confirm.

5) Camera Page
- Tech should be able to use the mobile camera to take pictures of the broken AC unit in order to attach it to the ticket.

6) Scanning Page
- Tech should be able to scan barcode on the AC unit to see parts details and related data

7) Notes
- Tech can add notes to ticket when completed

8) Close Ticket

9) Any additional screens that will help us quickly build this application (we are building this one!)

Design Considerations:
Focus on the design being a great mobile experience - the application should be designed for iPhone
- DO NOT copy the wireframes (if you do.. everyone's designs will look the same!) focus on creating your unique approach to this project and the user experience
- Give importance to the overall layout and think on how a user would interact with the content on the page.

IMPORTANT:
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance

Target Audience:
- Company Technician.

Judging Criteria:
- How well you design the provided design challenge
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design.
- Design and User Experience.
- Your design should possible to build and make sense as a mobile application
