Brivo is looking for your help in resdesign their existing careers page by matching the look & feel of the new designs, we have also provided a design direction document to help you get started.

Round 1

Brivo is looking to redesign it "Careers" page to match the new look and feel of their new website design. (See provided design assets). We are looking to display this content in a unique and innovative way to reflect the company culture. Please reference the provided design direction document to get you thinking on your concepts. Please use this as a starting point for your design concepts. Please remember...we don't want to see exact copies of what we have provided for you...we want you to use this as a creative kick starter to get you thinking of how to make this better.

- Please use the Header and footer from attached designs design sources.
- Please use the actual content from Brivo.com for careers page.
- For this challenge we are providing Design Direction Document for you! DO NOT COPY from the Design Direction document exactly - they are meant to help guide you and let you understand the application we would like to see designed. Think about the the user experience/user interactions and show us your solutions!

Required Screen Sizes:
- Desktop page of size 1024 px width and height as required.
- Mobile Page of size 320 x 480 px

Required "Careers" Page
This page is accessed when a user clicks on Careers from the navigation..
- Existing "Careers" page can be seen here: 
http://www.brivo.com/about-us/careersSo, the task is to redesign the page by matching the look & feel of the new designs (attached the new designs in Google Drive) and anyother ideas/thoughts which you suggest.

Careers Page Requirements:
We need the below sections to be included in the careers page..these sections has been outlined in the design direction document but we want to make sure you do not copy them and come up with your thoughts/ideas.

- A hero unit with the title, sub-title and other important links/buttons.
- An Introduction about the company with a video that gives an overview about the company.
- We will need a space for a video as well as some other assets that showcase the area that Brivo offices are in. (Bethesda, Maryland). Assume there could more than 3 videos - so some way to scroll through it would be required.
- We also want a good visual display of the benefits or perks that come with working for Brivo. 
- Also note, we would like to have a link to the Team section in your designs.
- And most importantly we want to have a easy way to post open positions and descriptions for potential employees to browse. 
- We want to have a page that shows open positions (Jobs) at Brivo, but also gives a good insight into the Brivo company culture and inform potential employees about what they can expect if they came to work for Brivo. 

Online Application:
- We would also like you to show how the online application will look like, assume that a visitor will click on the “Apply by Email” button for an open position.

Submission & Source Files
Preview Image
Create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024 JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Please upload PNG images in a zip file with all requested contest requirements stated above. Number your files (01, 02, 03, etc) this will help review them in order.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator and saved as layered PSD/AI files.

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics, images (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. 

Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.

Fonts, Stock Photos, and Icons:

All fonts, stock photos, and icons within your design must be declared when you submit. DO NOT include any 3rd party files in your submission or source files. Read about the policy.

Screening:

All submissions are screened for eligibility before the challenge holder picks winners. Don't let your hard work go to waste. Learn more about how to  pass screening.
