Challenge Overview
The new [topcoder] site is undergoing a number of refactors that will ultimately see several main pages rewritten in Angular/Javascript from PHP. The goal, at least initially, is to keep the pages nearly functionally identical while achieving substantial performance improvements. One of the pages in question is the Challenge Details page, and we would like to compare this page to the production Challenge Details page to identify any outstanding bugs and differences.
Challenge Objective
We want to figure out where the behaviors of the page differ from the current challenge detail pages in significant ways. You should compare both design and development challenges in several stages (registration, submission, final review, complete, etc.) and test out all major functionalities (viewing challenge status, registering, downloading documents, etc.). You should note functional differences, as well as differences in UI (there are some intentional differences, but there are probably also some unintentional differences we haven't identified).
To test, you need to take the production URLs like http://www.topcoder.com/challenge-details/<id>/?type=<type> and change them into http://tcdev4.topcoder.com/angular-challenge-details/<id>/?type=<type> to test the refactored pages. You should test the pages both as a logged-in user, as well as an anonymous user (by the same token, you should test as both registered and unregistered).

Browser Requirements
The refactored page must be tested in all mainstream browsers.

Scoring
- TopCoder will compensate members with first and second place submissions.
- The winner will be the member with the most accepted reports of limitations or bugs. For non-winning members, there will be a $5 prize for each bug found that isn't in the winning or second place submission.
- If two submitters submit the same bug report, the submitter who submitted the report first into JIRA will get credit for the bug. The second submitter will not.
Final Submission Guidelines
For each significant differences, we need the following information:
- Steps to reproduce, including any needed information
- Screen shots or screen casts (if applicable)
- Expected results
- Current results
- Browser version
Important Notice:
- If you do not properly document your bug reports, they will likely be rejected due to lack of information or documentation. Also, make sure your bug reports are reasonably general.
- If you submit the same bug that is seen in multiple screens, for instance, you will likely only get credit for the original bug report. The others will all be closed as duplicates.
- You need report your issues in JIRA and you MUST submit a text file with a list of your reported bugs into OR during the submission phase, for review purposes. If you do not do this, you will not get credit for any logged bugs!
