Challenge Summary
Welcome to Experian - Business Processes Infographic Design Challenge. In this challenge, we are looking forward to your help in creating an innovative, cool and slick Infographics. This should allow non-appirians to describe processes with the infographics to constituents easily.
As a part of this challenge, we require 3 infographics for each of these Experian business processes 'Lead Management', 'Sales Process' and 'Account and Contact Structure'.
Very excited to see the designs of this challenge!!

The Purpose of this challenge is to create infographic designs for Experian Business Processes, we are looking for you to come up with 3 Infographics for Experian Business Processes - We are really excited to see what you could come up with details given below.
IMPORTANT - Design considerations!!
- These Infographic will be used in websites, presentations etc..
- We are looking for an innovative, cool and slick Infographic.
- Size and font of the Infographics is open to the designer.
- We don't want to much of a text in this infographic, looking forward to more of a graphical representation
- We have attached the storyboards designs which we had completed for Experian - please follow these branding colors.
- The graphics should convince or compel viewers to action.
Required Infographics:
These infographics will show the Introduction of key processes to new users to understand current state and begin to understand similarities/differences to their own processes and also anchor workshops, discussions, solutions as a tool for Appirio to steer toward the global process. We need the below 3 infographics for this challenge..
Infographic 1: Lead Management
This graphic should show how an employee of the client finds a potential lead and converts them into a possible opportunity. Please go through the scenario given in page 1 and 2 (Scenario 1 & 2) to understand more about this process.
The Infographic should depict "Lead" Process
- You are looking to generate new business in the new financial year.
- For a newly launched product, you begin working on a lead which was received through email.
- Based on a call with the lead, you get to know they are interested in knowing more about the Experian, so a face-to-face meeting with the lead is arranged by you.
- From the information and activities done regarding this lead, ask a team member to enter the details in salesforce.
- While entering information about a lead, need to use a smart search to check if the lead already exist.
- At the end of a face-to-face meeting, you decide to help the lead find a solution.
- Lead decides to go with the Experian to find a solution to their problem and sends a mail with their budget.
- Discuss the information with the team and ask a team member to enter the details in salesforce.
Infographic 2: Sales Process
This graphic should show how a sales process is carried out after a lead is converted into contact. Please go through the scenario given in page 4 to 10 (Scenario 3.1 - 4) to understand more about this process.
The Infographic should depict "Sales" Process, please go through the document/ppt to understand this process is split in stages.
- After converting lead into account, contact and opportunity
- Make a call to the lead to discuss the next steps and discover who is the competition is and also the budget for this opportunity.
- Discuss the next steps with the team and ask a team member to enter the details in salesforce.
- Your contact sends you a mail requesting a quote for the products and services to compare , also a revenue schedule is maintained to show how the product will be billed over time.
- After you send the quote, your contact calls you to discuss and you arrange a meeting with you, Experian consultant (who has knowledge in the product being sold) and financial director of the contact
- Later your contact calls you and conveys that they want to move ahead with Experian's solution.
- You receive the signed contract (start and end dates) from the contact and next steps are discussed to close this opportunity.
- Contact realizes they have additional amount in the budget and decides to purchase another product and calls you to perform this activity.
Infographic 3: Account and Contact Structure
This graphic should show how the client finds a new contact . Please go through the scenario given in page 11 to 13 (Scenario 5 - 7) to understand more about this process.
The Infographic should depict "Account and Contact Structure" process.
- You spot another company you are familiar with but don’t know if they are an Experian client or a prospect.
- Use a smart search to find if its a new or existing client.
- If it's a new client, you need to create a new account and address.
- If it's an existing client, you need to add a case to the existing account.
- If there was an interaction with the existing contact, then you can search for the existing contact and add the communication notes to the contact.

- Simplicity of design / strong, clear design concept

All requested contest requirements/screens as JPG or PNG files at 72dpi.
Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Illustrator and saved as layered AI files.
Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. We may ask you to update your design or graphics based on checkpoint feedback and instructions.
