In this branding challenge we are offering an exciting opportunity for you to design the brand identity of a new startup company!
A company’s name is the key that unlocks its brand image in the consumer’s mind. The company’s logo is the brand mark or symbol that serves as the face of the brand. The tagline is the memorable phrase that provides consumers with a quick indication of the company’s product, brand, and market position.
Our customer seeks to obtain a high-quality brand by using the power of the [topcoder] community.
Round 1
Three brand names, and their associated taglines, based on the provided list of Brand Keywords/Attributes that describe the startup company.

Contest Details
The purpose of this challenge is to design a company brand name, tagline, and logo for a new startup company.
The startup company offers an advanced technology platform that enables its users to access a community of resources to solve complex problems.
Brand Name & Tagline Requirements
-A URL for the brand name should be available (parked domains available for purchase are valid). Justification should be provided if a .com URL is not available. Please provide evidence of availability.
-The brand names and taglines are not trademarked. Please provide evidence.
-One brand name and tagline for each of the types below:

Logo Requirements
-The primary logo should include the company brand name.
-Colors are open to the designer. Please include the color palette codes in your submission.
-Fonts are open to the designer. All non-standard fonts must be listed in a text file within your submission folder. Include the name of the font and a link to where it can be downloaded/purchased. DO NOT include any font files in your submission or source files.
-Please stay away from gradients, as they will not be able to be easily reproduced across all media.
-Designs must be created as VECTOR artwork so they can be resized without a loss of quality. Please provide an original vector soruce file (AI or EPS file) AND a vector outlined version.
-Make sure your logo’s quality is not diminished when scaled up or down.
-In your submission please include the following versions of each logo:
-all color logo with black background
-all color logo with white background
-black logo on white background
-white logo on black background
-all color version of the logo with no text

Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.
Submission File
ZIP file containing the following:
-JPG/PNG image files based on contest submission requirements stated above.
-PDF file containing your brand names, and their associated taglines, for the three category types.
Source Files
All original VECTOR source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape and saved as layered AI or EPS files. Your source files must meet these requirements:
1) The AI/EPS logo file with text intact (not outlined).
2) The AI/EPS logo file with text in outlined format.
Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify colors, fonts, and vertical/horizontal orientation of the logo.
