Welcome to Brivo - Support and Contact Pages Design Challenge!!

In this challenge, we are looking for your designs support Pages. Recently we had been running a few challenge to redesign Brivo.com, as a part of that - the existing designs/pages for support and contact pages are being redesigned to match the look & feel and in addition we are looking for your thoughts to improve the UX of these pages.

Purpose of this challenge is to update the existing support page of brivo and look to redesign/improve UX based on the new designs. We are looking to display this content in a unique and innovative way to reflect the company culture. Please reference the provided design reference image to get you thinking on your designs. Please remember...we don't want to see exact copies of the existing design at Brivo.com...they are just for content references.

IMPORTANT!! Design Considerations:
- Please use the Header and footer from attached design sources..
- Please DO NOT COPY the layouts from existing site exactly - they are meant to help you with the content and let you understand the application we would like to see it designed.
- Think about the the user experience/user interactions and show us your solutions!
- Feel free to grab the contents for the below pages as given in www.brivo.com/support..
- We are looking for you to improve the user experience in below pages..

Required Screen Sizes:
- Desktop page of size 1024 px width and height as required.
- Mobile Page of size 320 x 480 px

Required Pages:
We need the below pages to be created..

1. Support Landing Page:
- We need a main landing page for support section,..you can look to reuse one of the existing landing page from the sources given in the google drive.
- We need make sure this has a nice and clean typography and clear links to the different sections.
- This page should allow users access the below sub-sections easily, perhaps display highlights from each of the below sections?

1.1 FAQ’s section
- This is the FAQ's page, existing page is http://www.brivo.com/support/faqs
- We are looking for your ideas to make this simple yet follow the look & feel of the new designs.
- Try to make sure to improve the user experience in this page.

1.2 Manuals & Dowloads
- This page shows the manuals for products, existing page is http://www.brivo.com/support/manuals-downloads
- Currently a user has to select the product and then we show the list of manuals categorized by sections, how can this be improved?
- For each of the product, we need to show manuals for "Specification, Installation, Administration, CAD drwaings, Networking, Training Videos and Other Documents".
- We would like to have your ideas to make the contents in this page searchable and manuals should be organized by products with links to product details.
- Note that when you choose "3rd Party Products", we show products, their description and the manual - please also show how this need to be handled.

1.3 Admin Manuals
- This page shows the administrator manuals, existing page is http://www.brivo.com/support/administrators-manuals
- We would like to have searchable content in this page and manuals should be organized by products with links to product details
- Each manual will be open the corresponding PDF (not in scope of design).

1.4 Training Videos
- This page will show a list of videos categorized by products - you can view the existing page by http://www.brivo.com/support/training-videos
- Need to make sure the new page which you are designing follows the new designs look & feel.
- You can look to reuse any of the existing design assets
- Feel free to improve the way the videos are displayed in this page

1.5 Card Calculator
- We are looking for you to reskin this existing Card Calculator page with a new UI, by following the new designs look & feel.
- Think on how to represent the details in this page?
- We'd also like to see a version of this card calculator as an add on section for the home page above the footer. (Our site visitors use this feature a lot and we'd like to give it more visibility)

2. Contact Us
- Existing Contact page can be seen here http://www.brivo.com/about-us/contact-us
- We are looking for your ideas to completely redesign this page.
- Users trying to reach Brivo will view this page, so think on what information will prove to be beneficial in this page for the users.
- At a minimum, we need to show the Brivo address, phone numbers and email addresses categorized by specific departments.

- Cleanliness of your graphics and design.
- Design and User Experience.

Submission & Source Files
Preview Image
Create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024 JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Please upload PNG images in a zip file with all requested contest requirements stated above. Number your files (01, 02, 03, etc) this will help review them in order.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator and saved as layered PSD/AI files.

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics, images (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors.

Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.

Fonts, Stock Photos, and Icons:

All fonts, stock photos, and icons within your design must be declared when you submit. DO NOT include any 3rd party files in your submission or source files. Read about the policy.

Screening:

All submissions are screened for eligibility before the challenge holder picks winners. Don't let your hard work go to waste. Learn more about how to  pass screening.
