Challenge Summary
Welcome to EMC – Avatars Design Challenge. In this challenge, we would like to design Avatars that represent EMC voices.
Round 1
For your R1 deliverables please submit the following screens:

- Voice of Field (PS Employees)
- Voice of PS Leadership
- Readme.jpg: Provide notes about your submission.
Round 2
Final Design plus any Checkpoint feedback:

Challenge Details:
The primary goal of this challenge is to design EMC Avatars that are cool but professional. We want them to represent our company. We need them to be cool, but also professional.
Avatars Requirements:
Avatars that represent:
- Voice of Customer
- Voice of TCE PMO
- Voice of Field (PS Employees)
- Voice of PS Leadership
- Voice of Partner
- Voice of Internal Customer (Sales)
Some Parameters:
- Avatars should be or varied ethnicities and genders and ages.
- Avatars should be dressed in business or business casual attire
- Avatars expressions should be not too serious
Examples for inspiration:
- Example 1; these are a good style but expressions are a bit too serious.
- Example 2; these are dressed appropriately.
- Example 3; the client like the art on these.
- Example 4; the client like the art on these as well.
Note: We are providing photos for EMC employees, but all of them are Caucasian and we really want diversity represented.
Target Audience:
- EMC Professional Services Delivery Personnel.
Judging Criteria:
- Your avatar design should scream cool.
- Cleanliness, Creativity, and Graphics Appeals.

Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.
Submission File
Submit JPG/PNG for your submission files.
Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop and saved as layered PSD file, or Adobe Illustrator as a layered AI file.
Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. We may ask you to update your design or graphics based on checkpoint feedback.
Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.
