Welcome to the CHD Member Mobile Design Concepts Challenge! This challenge is focused on creating design concepts/visual ideas to convert the current CHD "membership cards" to a mobile experience.
We currently do not have any formal requirements. We are looking for you to provide design concepts and click-paths. We have a presentation coming up and want to wow our customer with different design thoughts.
In this contest we are looking for DESIGN CONCEPTS on how this Mobile Application could work. What should the user see and experience when using the application?

Challenge Description:
CHD is a sport venue that allows their members to join a private club that offers premium amenties (better views, fine dining etc). CHD is looking to replace their current "membership cards" with a "Member" mobile application. Membership cards are used to access different places on the properly like special gates, parking lots and club level (premiem) areas. We want to replace the member cards with a mobile application that will allow a user to access these areas with their phone!
Design Problem
- We currently offer paper membership cards
- We want to create a awesome branded "Club Member" application that allows our top member the ease-of-use of using their mobile device for all activities!
- We are looking for the [topcoder] design Community to help us with planning our new member application!
- We want to replace the member cards with a mobile application that will allow a user to access these areas with their phone!
Note: CHD is a code name for the client.

Design Concept Goals:
- How should this mobile application look?
- Read the user story and decide what should the priority features be (what is the priority navigation for this user?)
- How quickly can a user get to their credentials or make a reservation?
- Think simple but effective solutions! Have fun creating this - let us know how you think it should work!
- We want this to be MODERN application design!
Use the 320 x 568px (iPhone5 device screen size) for submission format. Make sure you create graphic in 'shape' format, so when resize for retina versions, graphic still look sharp! It will be great if you can provide the landscape version.
Suggested User Story (feel free to suggest or remove features)
- The user will download the application, register and pay their fees.
- The user could get an activation code to be used to activate the application. (If they paid outside of the application)
- The user will use the application as a membership card to access parking lots, admission gates, clubhouse entrance.
- The user can use the app to communicate with other members or with the Concierge (a club employee whose job is to assist guests by arranging tours, making theater and restaurant reservations).
- The user can use the app to request additional services from the club like holding events in club facilities, request food, or ask for additional activation codes for member guests.
- The user can use the app to make reservations for events
- The user can use the app to see the club calendar
Suggested Screens:
- We would like you to suggest features/screens that this app should incorporate
1) Landing Page:
This is the landing page for the application.
- This page should reflect the CHD branding and look "premium" in design
- It should very clearly show what user can do with this application and what the application is all about.
- A user can also click into a “getting started” section to get a more detailed overview of how to use the application.
- There should be an Activation link or button that will redirect the user to Activation page.
- There should be some links/details available "outside login" and other features "inside login"
2) Activation Page
- A user will be able to enter the code provided by the club when he registered.
- This should be something more visually interesting than a regular activation page.
3) Login Page:
- How does a user login?
- Make sure to include social login
- We also need a Forgot Password link and ‘Not a member’ button, which will redirect you to registration view.
4) Register Page:
- A user will be able to enter first name, last name, nickname, email, password, confirm password and member type drop down list.
- Member type options are: SeasonTurf, Turf Club 2.
- We need a checkbox for agreeing on terms of use with terms of use link.

5) Membership Preferences:
- Think of this page as the member profile page, what information should be shown here?
- What prefernces should this contain?
- Payment options? Renewal options?
- In this page the member can see his membership type: Primary, Secondary or a guest.
6) Membership Card/Access
- We think the application needs a "Membeship Card" or activation page that the member can show if needed
- This card would show their profile and could have a possible code that could be scanned
- The idea is the Phone will work to provide access - but they might need to show a Membership card if needed
- This should graphically look very nice and show their Membership type
- This Card could also have Tabs to show different types of access points.
7) Reservations + Calendar
- The user should be able to check a calendar for club events
- The user should be able to make reservations at the club
8) Communication/Chat
- A member should be able to chat with other members
- A member would be able to chat with a valet
9) Other Features
- Any additional features you think might be cool or useful?
Important:
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance

Judging Criteria:
- How well you plan the user experience and capture your ideas visually
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design
- Your design should possible to build and make sense as a mobile application

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop and saved as layered PSD file, or Adobe Illustrator as a layered AI file.
Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. We may ask you to update your design or graphics based on checkpoint feedback.
