Appirio - College Recruitment Brochure Design Challenge

Welcome to the Appirio College Recruitment Brochure Design Challenge.
In this challenge we need your design skills to create a professional and appealing tri-fold brochure for Appirio. This brochure will be targeted to college students at career fairs in hopes they will join Appirio's Associate program.

And Appirio is recruiting college students that want to join the associate program. Therefore, through this challenge we need an appealing brochure that will generally describe about Appirio, who the clients, employee testimonial etc.

Primary Goals:
- To design a tri-fold brochure which will promote and describe everything about Appirio. 
- To provide the true experience of being an associate and wanting to join Appirio’s Associate program. 
- Appeal to college students that want to be a part of the associate program.

Design Requirement:
- Size: Standard 8.5" x 11" (We will provide a template, use this on your design)
- Color: Use the style guide provided
- Font: Use the guide pdf provided

---Main Title of Brochure:

---Use Appirio's logo and topcoder logo on this cover. Appirio should be primary and more prominent.
---We want the graphic on the first page to reflect the graphic design on the homepage of our website - www.appirio.com- with the buildings and balloons (do not include the numbers) (See hot-air-balloons.ai for this)
---You can use the wording from the graphic:

Start a career centered around you - (bubbles of people’s pictures and where they are now)

One of the sections we have asked you to design is a section “starting a career centered around you”. We are looking for you to come up with some creative ideas here. Showing progressing in their career (in the cloud). We want to highlight careers in cloud computing. Below are some ideas:
The hot air balloons, jumping, rocket ships who cares, just anything that goes up - and we pick 2-4 people who we can get good quotes on their career development - maybe they are funny jib-jab looking pictures of the people (you know their big funny heads on small bodies w/big open mouths) and they have word bubbles where they are shouting out things about their career growth - I have a real strong visual here in my brain, like all visual and very few words - not sure it’s being conveyed on this paper

Design Consideration:
- Feel free to use the images provided where you think best in your design to make the brochure looks appealing 
- You will see some of the section have quotes, use the images of the person somehow in your design.
- We provide the template for you to design the tri-fold brochure. But feel free to do some research how to design a great tri-fold brochure.

Submission & Source Files: 
Preview Image 
Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File 
Submit JPG/PNG image files based on contest submission requirements stated above.

Source Files 
All original source files. Original source files should be saved as layered ai files and saved in cmyk color mode on 300 dpi resolution.

Final Fixes 
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. If items were missed from the checkpoint round you may be asked to include them in your final design.
