Challenge Description:
eBay Women in Technology (eWIT) is an organization led by employee volunteers. eWIT was launched by Terri Jordan in February 2007 and consists of a group of women within the various eBay, Inc organizations. The primary goal of eWIT is to advance the unique interest of women in technology while contributing to making eBay a great place to work. Areas of focus for our organization include Career Development, Networking, Awareness & Education, Community Outreach, and Professional Affiliations.

Today, eWIT has 1600+ members with strong presence in North America, India, China, and the Europe.

For this challenge you are going to be provided with current OCIO screenshots that we want the new eWIT site to look like, the site prototype and some screen shots for how to join the eWIT, which we would like to have wrapped into the new look and feel.

Design Considerations:
- Please follow the look and feel from the attached OCIO screenshots.
- Give importance to the overall layout and think on how a user would interact with the content on the page.
- Images: You can use stock images for this challenge. Images that show people having fun in the workplace, and images that relate to the eBay corporate culture.
- This is going to be a responsive site.

Screen Sizes:
We would like to see your design for Responsive layouts
- Desktop & Tablet: 1024px x 768px
- Mobile: 320px x 480px

Supporting Documents:
- OCIO site screenshots (OCIO Site.zip)
- How to join the eWIT? (Join the eWIT DL Page.docx)
- eWIT site prototype, this is just a wireframe and should not be followed for design (eWIT.zip)
- Real Content  (eWitContent.pdf)

Required Screens:
1) Landing Page:
- This is the landing page for the site.
- We need banner slider to show all new events.

2) Sign Up Flow:
- You need to take a look at the screenshots provided in how to join document (Join the eWIT DL Page.docx)
- We would like to have those screens wrapped into the new look and feel.

3) Events Calendar Page:
- The user should be able to check a calendar for eWIT events
- We would like to have some space to promote a recent upcoming event in a graphic banner way. Either a right hand column or if you have another suggestion.

4) Resource Page:
- You can reference (resources.png) screenshot.
- For content use eWitContent.pdf document.

5) Who We Are Page:
- You can reference (who we are.png) screenshot.

6) Feedback:
- This will mimic the same feedback module from the CIO site, it wont be a seperate tab.
- You can reference (Feedback-1.png &Feedback-2.png.png) screenshots.

Important:
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance.

Target User:

Judging Criteria:
- How well you plan the user experience and capture your ideas visually
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design
