Concept Description:
We would like your help in designing an introductory marketing page for the Halo Developer Community. The community is a collection of developers who are shaping the way Halo products are used in the future. With this page we are targeting potential community members to get them excited about the new offering from Halo. The main action we want them to take on this page is to give us their email address so Halo can market and communicate with them. This initial look and feel exploration is then going to be rolled out into the actual design of the developer community so we are looking for designs that have flexibility and creative legs!

Think of this as a long one page scrolling site that has bright and attractive graphics. We are planning on developing this page on Wordpress and would like you to consider unique ways of which to display the page content including parallax design.

- Think simple but effective solutions! Have fun creating this - let us know how you think it should work!
- We want the user to understand what’s going on from the first glance.

User Case Scenario:
The Target User: A talented developer who is passionate about music
Chris is a developer and avid music lover, loves high-technology, and wants to extend the functionality of sound systems. He has been a user of Halo products and comes across this marketing page from a social link on his facebook feed. One of Chris’s friends has liked the Halo Developer Community and Chris is interested finding out more about the community.

Upon landing on the page, Chris gets a good overall impression of the community and is eager to sign up. He reads about some top level benefits of becoming part of the community, views available APIs, reads other community member feedback on their experience, and signs up to become part of the community.

Chris’s initial impression of the community is a strong one and he is looking forward to sharing his talents and passion with the community.
