Salesforce Code Project - developing a Force.com-based tool that pulls in Exchange calendar events

Hello!
Our scustomer seeks to create a one-way synchronization component that is based in Salesforce.com.  The component will reach out from the Force.com platform, authenticate, and retrieve calendar events from calendars in an Exchange Online (Office 365) environment.  The events will be one-way synchronized to Salesforce Calendars (Activities object).
