Challenge Summary

Welcome to the Fleet Golf Carts Partner Portal Design Challenge. We would like your help in designing the screens for a web-based partner portal for a cart manufacturing company that makes Personal Carts, Commercial Carts, and Golf Carts.

Round 1

Please submit your initial designs for checkpoint review for:
1. Home Screen
2. Login Screen
3. Parts and Accessories

Round 2

Please submit your final designs for all screens for review, after applying checkpoint feedback.

Challenge Details:
The primary goal of this challenge is to rethink and redesign the existing web screens for a partner portal of a golf cart manufacturing company, wherein the users can search for products, browse parts and accessories, and order items. A user of this site is a partner or reseller of Fleet Golf Carts, not a direct customer. They typically resell products to customers, so this is a portal for them to view and order parts and accessories.

Required Screen Size:
- Desktop page of size 1100px width and height as required.

Navigation:
Please try to rearrange and rethink the navigation so as to provide the best possible user experience, don't just re-skin the current pages!
Currently the main navigation is divided into: Communication, Credit Center, Custom Solutions, Marketing, New Cars, Parts/Accessories, Tech/Warranty
and there are various sub-sections within the Parts and Accessories section. Think of the best way to display these.

Required Screens:
- Please see the attached screenshots of the current application (CurrentScreenshots.zip).
- You can use stock photography wherever necessary and relevant.
1. Home Screen:
See 01 Home Screen.png
Needs to include:
- Search function
Links/navigation to:
- Parts/Accessories section: This can show the latest parts and accessories available, as well as a call to action to browse more parts
- Service and support
- Ordering: can include a call to action to Place new order
- Alerts for things like recall notices or past due invoices

2. Login Screen:
See 00 Login Screen.png
Fields for username and password, forgot password etc.

3. Search Screen:
See 02 - Main Search Screen.png
Displayed in the screenshot are the parameters that the user can search by, use this content and arrange it in a more spaced out and user-friendly way.

4. Parts and Accessories Screen:
See 03 - Parts and Accessories Screen.png
This will contain a sub-navigation for these sections:
- Catalog
- Help
- My Parts History
- Dealer Manual
- Order History
- New Orders
- Parts Pricing
- Literature Ordering
- Service Parts Ordering
- Quick Entry
- New Parts Order
- Shopping Cart
- Unfinished Orders

These elements don't necessarily need to be in a menu or anything, eg. Help and Shopping cart could be their own icons somewhere along the top etc. Different kinds of Ordering could be grouped together - it's up to you, whatever you feel is the best solution to navigate all this information. Maybe you can display a dashboard of all these options, in an attractive way; perhaps you can use tabs for different sections - we're open to any possibilities, just reimagine the current design the best way you can.

5. Service Parts Ordering Screen:
See 04 Service Parts Ordering Screen.png - This screen allows users to order particular parts, the fields to be entered are Part Number, and Quantity. Try and make it more visual and intuitive.

Fonts and Colors:
- Fonts are open to the designer, please be aware of Studio font policy and guidelines.
- The client colors are black (#000000) and gold (#A18253)

Target Audience:
- Employees at partner companies of Fleet Golf Carts

Judging Criteria:
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design
- User flow and navigation design
- Your design should be easy to navigate, and display all information without clutter
