User Stories and Required Screens:
Below user stories descibes the problem statement and the solution for the problem, go through the problem to see what the client would like to achieve..

User Story 1:
Customer to BDR relationship

Problem Statement:  John White works for google and buys commercial insurance for them.  He’s meets with his BDR (Business Development Resource) at A1 Insurance once a month and finds him very knowledgeable.  In his company who’s constantly growing its difficult to plan exactly what they need and changing regulation makes it difficult to manage his needs.  He wishes he could have a profile of what he has insured that is visible more dynamically, A way to plan engagement with the Broker more proactively, a way to select where the company is headed and get his questions based on where his company and needs are?  He doesn’t quite know how to best drive down risk economically but still get the insurance and advise he needs.

Solution: John (client) uses Broker Direct to keep track of his insurance profile, become informed on current industry trends, and communicate directly with Joe (BDR) at Broker Direct. With the help of his insurance dashboard, John (Client) can quickly see all of his current insurance profile, see what other options are available to him based on his profile, communicate and collaborate with Joe (BDR) on how to be proactive and make decisions on his account.

1. Customer Dashboard:
- Show current Insurance policies, available policies,
- Come up with a chatter feed, so they have the ability to collaborate with everyone
- Metrics on industry trends
- Pending claims and Claim status
- Calendar with upcoming meetings and claim actions
- Message inbox, what information need to be shown here?

2.
Policy Comparison Detail Screen:
- This screen shows the detailed content on a suggested policy,
- Come up with a chatter feed with Business Development Resource (BDR)
- Other reccommended content or policies..

User Story 2:
BDR relationship to internal Broker team and to customer

Problem Statement:
Joe (BDR) is constantly on the road and wishes he really understood more about his customers needs all the time, he needs to better understand the customers needs, when to engage with them, what claims have resulted with the carrier and what advise to provide.  Once he knows Johns (Client) needs it’s a mess for him, he’s got to find the right brokers at A1 Insurance to work with to service there Patent /IP needs but they are now becoming a manufacturing company with google glass and the new hover copters.  Our BDR has a relationship with Julie his broker but she has to find someone that has air vehicle coverage experience as she’s unfamiliar with Carriers & terms.  Its time consuming to find the right specialty broker.

Now that the team is created they have to collaborate in a common space around the customer need, documentation around their office, manufacturing plants, growth and liability needs.  She has to ask the BDR some clarifying questions but the BDR is mobile and unavailable to see everything.

Solution:
Using Broker Direct, Joe (BDR) is able to have quick access to all of his clients profiles from his dashboard. Very quickly Joe is able to browse thru a list of his clients and open up a client profile detail of John (client). The client profile contains all the relevant client information including current policies, suggested policies based off the client profile, suggested Broker Specialist to add to the team, a space for client notes, as well as a chatter collaboration feed with his client. This gives Joe BDR a 360 degree view of his client and allows him to proactively communicate with his client from anywhere.

3. Broker Dashboard:
- Ths screen need to show the current client list,
- Show available policies,
- Chatter feed
- Need to show metrics on industry trends  & news,
- Calendar with upcoming client meetings and other important dates,
- Message Inbox

4.
Client Profile:
- Client details need to be shown in this screen.
- Client opportunity status bar (showing where a client is in the Commercial Broker Insurance Lifecycle)
- Their current policies and any suggested policies for this client.
- Collaboration feeds and any client notes.
- Suggested broker specialists to add to the account
- Any documents associated with the client

User Story 3:
Broker & BDR relationship to the Insurance Carrier (Underwriter)

Problem:
As they get the file ready they submit it to the carriers, but Jeff the Underwriter has a submission that’s missing how many hover crafts they plan on making this year and whether they will need coverage for their test pilots and execs that are part of the new program.  Lots of email back and forth isn’t effective, they need more realtime collaboration to answer questions between the BDR, Broker and Underwriter around the client’s needs. Zurich has their file ready quicker due to the collaboration and a more relavant quote to the client.

Solution:
Using Broker Direct, Joe (BDR) and Julie (Broker) are able to quickly communicate and collaborate with Jeff (Underwriter) on any client documentation that needs to be completed. This real time collaboration results in a quicker policy quote creation and Joe (BDR) is able to get his client what he needs faster.

5. Notification Screen:
- Broker & BDR receive a message alert from the Insurance carrier underwriter, includes a link to the document in question.
- When a user clicks on link within the notification, a user is directed to Collaboration detail screen.

6.
Collaboration Detail:
After our Broker or BDR clicks on the notification...they are taken to a document detail screen that highlights the missing information for the Broker or BDR.
- They are able to fill in that missing information or collaborate with the Underwriter on a chatter feed that is part of the page.
- Think on how to present above information

User Story 4:
Broker & BDR relationship to the end customer

Problem Statement:
The Broker, BDR are able to collaborate more effectively on the proposal and post some further questions to the clients (i.e terms that they may like or not) (deductible).  They decide based on client feedback to propose two carriers quotes (they eliminated CNA). The customer is thrilled with the proposal and appreciates the great service, timeliness and consulation they get.

Solution:
Joe BDR and Julie (Broker) prepare a proposal for their client and send it via the Broker Direct APP. John (Client) recieves notification of the policy proposal and quickly opens it up to review the proposal detail. John (client), Joe (BDR), and Julie(Broker) are able to collaborate directly from the proposal detail screen and Jeff (Client) is able to be well informed on his options and take action to move forward with his chosen policy.

7. Proposal Detail:
- Broker and BDR present a proposal to the client giving them options to act on.
- Client can read the details and set up a meeting to go over the proposal.
- A collaboration chatter feed is part of the proposal screen giving real time interaction between client and BDR.

8) Presentation screen:
- Create a presentation screen!
- Place your designs within an iPad template! Showcase your submission
- Make sure your presentation screen is included in your submission files
- 1024x768 (4:3 Ratio)

Target Audience:
