Challenge Summary

Welcome to Google Domain Custom Dashboard Wireframes Challenge. We need you to create HTML wireframes for a very simple page, only one! This is a simple challenge where we need you to come up with fresh ideas to display a high volume of information, well organized and easy to read.  While requirements are only for one page, we realize that the amount of data that may be displayed may require creative use of space and implemantation of tabs or other elements.

Round 1

For your R1 deliverables please submit all of the functionalities for client review.

Round 2

Final wireframes will contain all of the functionalities plus any updates from client feedback.

The primary goal of this challenge is to build a customized dashboard tool for displaying important information from the Google Apps domain administration console. This will be one single page that smartly organizes the information associated to the domain. Overall, we are extracting the data that is in the Google Apps Control Panel and trying to present it in a more organized manner.

Please note there is no Conceptualization document. You’ll create your wireframes based on the written features and technical requirements from the attached documentation.

General Requirements
- Produce HTML click through wireframes that can be used to demonstrate all mentioned functionalities as required in each round.
- You MUST cover all use cases.
- Use wireframes note panel to explain what items are addressed in that page. Use it to make your idea clearer and help the client to give you constructive feedback.

Wireframe Requirements
- Create one dashboard-like page that shows the features from Google Apps (stats, roles, etc, se more below).
- You’re encouraged to create a sample account on Google Enterprise. This will be helpful for you to grab information to show, to see the available information you can analyze and use.
- Create one page that groups the following information from Google Apps. It’s important to analyze the OU (organizational units) that Google Apps offers so you extract information useful to the final user.
- Provide a solution to make this page simple, intuitive and easy to understand. We provide suggestions here below, you’re encouraged to go beyond and provide thoughts/ideas to improve the initial concept.

1) Google Features to Display
User Overview Dashboard
- It should show a list of OU’s and number of users per OU.

Google Apps
- List of all Apps enabled in the organization, possibly broken down by OU.

Admin Roles
- The key information that they are trying to see is a list of Admin Roles, the privileges that are associated with that role and, the users that are associated with that role.

Groups
- Some of the information that would be queried. Number of groups, how many are Internet enabled, how many contain external members.

Status of all marketplace apps installed
- Show a list of what marketplace apps are installed.

Security settings
- Basically one place to quickly see everything under Security Basic Settings, Security API Reference to determine if that is enabled.

Miscellaneous
- Think of any extra features/suggestions you can add as useful information.

2) Export
- Add the ability to export this report as CSV and PDF.

3) System Status
- Place a link somewhere to see the System Status. This is a link only, you don’t need to design the content of this status.

Target Audience
The viewers are going to be members of the organization that may monitor settings in the Google Apps Domain, but may not be directly taking action. These could be high level managers or high level security members of an organization.

Judging Criteria
- User experience.
- Completeness and accuracy of the wireframes as defined in the attached requirements.

Submission File
All requested contest requirements/screens as clickable HTML files unless otherwise stated in the contest details.

Source Files
Wireframes should be built in Axure. The resulting files should have generated HTML files. Also, all the content must be listed and the pages are linked together to show page flow.

Preview Image
Create a 1024x1024 JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode and place a screenshot from your submission within it.
