Challenge Summary

The purpose of this challenge is to propose mockup/visuals of what the various user experiences would look like when interacting with the web application or mobile device.

BlueSky Resourcing has many years of experience in delivering recruitment services and today is recognized as one of the largest and most successful recruitment services providers; pioneering leading edge approaches to delivering complex staffing initiatives and outsourced recruitment services.

BlueSky Resourcing provide end to end recruitment to a number of external and internal clients. Recruitment processes are outsourced by the client which enables BlueSky to own, manage and deliver the functions on their behalf.

For the purpose of this challenge candidates who are placed to work at clients are then referred to as ‘Workers’ and deliver their services to the end client but are contracted and therefore pay-rolled by BlueSky Resourcing.

BlueSky is just a codename for the project.

Please read the contest specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this contest. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.

In this challenge, BlueSky Resourcing are looking to build a web-application that can be accessed from the desktop but mainly from an mobile device that enables the onboarding of a candidate to a worker, seamless and engaging to reduce the time to hire. Right now the process takes at least a couple of weeks to complete with enormous amounts of paper and email exchanges which is not ideal, the goal is to reduce this process down to days if not hours by leveraging mobile technology and best in class systems.
Think “Paperless Onboarding”!

Design guide
- Colors and Fonts are open to the designer.
- Logo - BlueSky is the codename for our project - please design a simple logo that will be used as a placeholder. Don’t spend too much time on this, think about the UI and UX of the pages, that is the important part. The client prefers these shades of blue: #004E73 and #4EAEE2
- We are looking for you to come up with clean and simple layout.
- Desktop - content should fit within 1024px - the actual design could be larger as long as content fits within 1024px
- Mobile phone - content should fit within 320px width - no limit on the height.
