This design from this challenge is focused on an email and direct mail campaign designed to develop New pipeline for customers who are interested in doing two things;

Goal 1:
- App remediation from Notes applications to Google Apps
- These customers are looking to find solutions by moving from their existing notes to Google Apps

Goal 2:
- Customers who are specifically interested in migrating from Notes to Google Apps (Mail + Apps)..

Overall Theme Guidelines:
- Simplistic, clean and uncluttered.
- Minimalist, think Uber, Airbnb, etc…Please DO NOT COPY.
- Sophisticated but fresh (see pact coffee example in Flyer Design examples)
- Find ways to add "Lotus Notes logo, Appirio logo (attached) and Google Apps Logo" in your designs.
- Maybe something funny i.e. Lotus Notes apps blowing up (just something to give an idea).
- We would like you to follow the attached appirio branding, we want creativity though i.e. not too strict - if that makes sense to bring in your creativity..!
- But, overall NOT too design heavy as want the message to come through with the CTA as the goal of the campaign
- Responsively designed Email Templates with clear Call-To-Action buttons for action (clear colors for CTA's, so action is prominent) – see Email Campaign Examples, please DO NOT COPY

Required Designs:
We need below designs..

1) Email Campaign Templates:
- We need two (2) Email Campaign Templates..
- We need resposive email templates, as this will be coded using HTML5.
- Keep the email campaign designs of size desktop (width 650px or less and height as required) and a mobile version of size (width 320px and height as required)
- You can use the below message in your design.

2) Flyer:
- One (1) design for "direct mail" campaign flyer, this will be sent via post..
- Have the flyer of A5 size (5.827 x 8.268 inches) with 300 DPI..
- This will have a single fold like "Example of Direct Mailer (Flyer 2)"
- On one side, we need to have the main content and for the other side, feel free to come up with any ideas..
- You can use the below message in your design.

Ideas for Headlines:
Below are few examples of headlines that can be used in this email campaign, please use them wisely
- 3 Reasons You should consider Google Apps
- Have you ever thought of Google App’s
- What’s holding you back from moving to Google App’s
- They haven’t seen any innovation in Lotus Notes?
- Time to innovate your notes application landscape

Required Campaign Content:
Below will be the content of the email campaign, please use these text in your design…in the first line, we have mentioned [enter stat + source], this need to be highlighted in some way (some kind of typographic styles?)..

- - Beginning of Campaign Content (please do not include this line in your designs) - -

Appirio have done some of the largest ever Google App’s deployments globally [enter stat + Source]. We’ve been there and delivered. But we know that a lot of the time the real pain is not just migrating over mail, calendar and contacts. In a Notes environment it’s the pain really happens when you look to embark on an App Remediation roadmap.

This is not just about your mail.

Switching from Notes it’s easy to find a partner such as Appirio. The true value we bring is we’re able to achieve what the majority of Google partners cannot deliver. That is around making sure you have a successful move of all your legacy apps over to Google Apps (and/or remediated as they are no longer useful). The worry of losing data and useful permission rules are real, but with the right expert partner we can take through this process with ease.

The interesting point is about App Remediation we can put you into the best place possible and move into the cloud. We can talk to you about all other applications that you have out there… the Lotus environment will be legacy and complex.

Don’t believe it’s not possible to move to the Cloud because of App Remediation, it is!
