Welcome to Barry University Check List Management Wireframe Challenge.
In this challenge, we are looking for wireframe (Axure) solutions based on requirements from our client. We’re also looking to the community to come up with interesting ideas for the workflow - we’re absolutely open to creative solutions!
At the end of this wireframe challenge, we are looking to have a complete solution for the user experience and flow of the application.

Challenge Description:
Admissions Counselors have a checklist of items they have to go through day to day, applicant to applicant to ensure they have all the information needed to enroll a new student. These checklists change depending on the type of Applicant.
The 4 types of applicants we are working with for this project are:
1- Domestic Freshman
2- Domestic Transfer
3- International Freshman
4- International Transfer
Wireframe Expectations:
- Produce HTML click through wireframes that can be used to demonstrate all mentioned functionalities as required in each round.
- The website must be very easy to use and intuitive. Keep that in mind when designing your solution.
- You MUST cover all use cases mentioned in challenge details below.
- You MUST use wireframes note pane in every single page you design to explain what items are addressed in that page from the documentation, what things you added/changed/removed, use it to make your idea clearer and help the client to give you constructive feedback.
Screen Sizes:
Desktop: 1024px width and height as required.
Required Features:
- Ideally, there would be a Custom button on the Application record that will generate the checklist items when pushed. This Checklist will be a Visualforce page, that is specific to the type of applicant it is (see above).
- There are 4 High Level Categories for these checklist items:
1- Credentials
2- Conversion after Acceptance
3- Contact
4- Recruitment Events
- Within these categories is where the list changes could change based on applicant type. (Mainly, the changes take place under the credentials category)
- These checklist items will be like tasks in that they have due dates. They could also have a dependency on another task.
- Due Dates need be editable, as well as an option to “Ignore” the item if it does not apply to the applicant.
- The fields displayed should be similar to tasks as well - Subject, Due Date, Assigned and Notes box
- Admissions Counselors should also have an option to add an additional checklist item for one off type scenarios.
- These Checklist items should generate an Open Activity when generated and a completed activity once completed.
Required Screens:
Admission counselor High level tasks per applicant:
1) Credentials
- Domestic Freshman (FX=first time in college excluding dual enrollment;FR=graduated high school and has completed less than 12 transferable college level credits)
- High school transcript (if in senior year we will also need the final transcript post graduation)
- SAT or ACT scores (if applicant is 21 years of age or older not needed)
- GED transcript and copy of diploma will be required if the applicant did not complete compulsory secondary education as scheduled
- If applicable dual enrollment transcripts, AP transcripts, or IB transcript
- If home schooled, the home school transcript and supporting documentation showing curriculum and accreditation as well as any partial high school transcripts if attended.
- Domestic Transfer (TR=completed 12 or more transferable college level credits)
- Transcript from each institution previously attended
- If applicable, AP or CLEP transcripts
- International Freshman
- I. High school transcript
- If applicable, maturity or exit exam (i.e.: BGCSE Bahamas General Certificate of Secondary Education)
- TOEFL (can be substituted by SAT verbal score of 500 [if under 21 years of age] or higher or by submitting ELS master level 112 completion certificate)
- If English is the primary language of instruction and can be documented the TOEFL requirement will be waived
- International Transfer
- Transcript from each institution previously attended
- Course by course evaluation from each institution previously attended
- TOEFL (can be substituted by SAT verbal score of 500 [if under 21 years ofage] or higher or by submitting ELS master level 112 completion certificate)
- If English is the primary language of instruction and can be documented the TOEFL requirement will be waived
2) Conversion after acceptance
- Facilitate FASFA completion and verification if applicable (domestic applicants only)
- Campus Visit
- Tailor the visit to suit the audience in front of you: the applicant, prospective applicant, accepted applicant and their visitors
- Academic advising
- Enrollment Deposit
- Orientation RSVP
- Orientation Attendee and successful registration of courses
- Engagement
3) Contact
- Phone call or campus visit; email used for follow up and confirmation of action only.
- Initial relationship building; receipt of application and next steps for application completion
- Missing credentials = more that two weeks elapse between application receipt and ready for review
- Acknowledgement of acceptance and if applicable scholarship; next steps to enroll
- Contact every 30 days minimum preferably every two weeks encouraging conversion and providing engagement on events on campus or happening with alumni
4) Recruitment Events
- Successfully plan and attend assigned local travel to college fairs and high school visits
- Confirm visits and fairs for the time, location, audience, expected attendance and plan accordingly for travel time and recruitment supplies
- Be prompt and attend the full length of the event
- Communicate with guidance counselor or transfer coordinator before the event on current applicants for needed credentials and their assistance in coordinating the applicants attendance at the visit
- Evaluate the event upon return to the office and appropriately document follow up needed; ensure all inquiries are forwarded to inquiry development for data entry
- Complete monthly expense forms and provide necessary documentation for mileage reimbursement
- Successfully plan and attend assigned national travel to college fairs and high school visits
- Confirm visits and fairs for the time, location, audience, expected attendance and plan accordingly for travel time and recruitment supplies
- Plan expenses for travel according to guidelines outlined in the travel procedures manual from Accounting and submit travel request form
- Be prompt and attend the full length of the event
- Communicate with guidance counselor or transfer coordinator before the event on current applicants for needed credentials and their assistance in coordinating the applicants attendance at the visit
- Evaluate the event upon return to the office and appropriately document follow up needed; ensure all inquiries are forwarded to inquiry development for data entry
- Prepare, document, and thoroughly reconcile all expenses for travel made with P-Card
- Prepare travel expense report documenting costs associated with each recruitment trip

Judging Criteria:
Your submission will be judged on the following criteria:
- User experience
- Completeness and accuracy of the areas of functionality and content
- How well your wireframes provide a consistent user flow and clear information architecture for the application

Create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024 JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Generated HTML files with all the requested contest requirements stated above.
Source Files
Wireframes should be built in Axure. The resulting files should have generated HTML files. Also, all the content must be listed and the pages are linked together to show page flow.
Final Fixes
As part of the Final Fix phase, you may be asked to remove, update, or change some features of the wireframe.
