Challenge Description:
IBM is looking to have a mobile/tablet application to help educate their employees on new features and capabilities that they may not be aware of.

Tips application in iOS8 gives you tips and tricks on how to use the OS.  Envisioning the same kind of thing for this application, we want to show IBM-specific information.  The application should communicate with users on their mobile device.

We are looking for the [topcoder] design Community to help us with planning our new "user experience" (UX).

Supporting Documents:
- Mockup Screens (Screenshots.zip)
- IBM Logos (IBM_ciolab_ifund-graphics.ai.zip),
you can also consider the logos for colors the client like.

Design Concept Goals:
- How should this mobile application look?
- How quickly the user can find what he wants?
- The application should be easy to use.
- Think simple but effective solutions! Have fun creating this - let us know how you think it should work!
- Want this to be iOS and Android mobile application.
- We want this to be MODERN application design!

Screen & Sizes:
- Mobile: 320px x 480px
- We need 2 icon sizes:
-- 120px * 120px
-- 180px * 180px
Make sure you create graphic in 'shape' format, so when resize for retina versions, graphic still look sharp! It will be great if you can provide the landscape version.

Required Screens:
- We would like you to suggest features/screens that this app should incorporate

0) Navigation:
- How does the user navigate this application?
- Include navigation that you think fits with this application
- Focus on the priority items and how things should be sized
- We need to consider all the logos in all views (IBM, CIOLAP and IBMifundIT logos)

1) Login Page
- A user will be able to enter Intranet ID, password have a Login button.

2) Tips:
- Please view the screenshots first.
- This will be a carousel that shows different tips.
- Each tip will contain:
-- Image
-- Tip text (note that we are hoping that the tip text will not scroll, but please craft your designs to accommodate scrolling, if needed)
-- Menu to view all tips
-- Navigation backwards and forwards -- how does the user know where they are in the list?  (We expect up to 12 tips available at a time)

3) Icon to launch the app.
- We need you to design for us the icon needed to launch the app.

Important:
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance

Target User:
- IBM employees.

Judging Criteria:
- How well you plan the user experience and capture your ideas visually
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design
- Your design should possible to build and make sense as a mobile application
