Concept Description
Design a Mobile Recruitment Application for iPad and iPhone 6 - this app is an application for recruiters to find information about the current vacant job position in their company and to find candidate information from the community of overall candidates. This application also will help recruiters to perform assessment on candidates and to find quick information about the candidates in the interview process.

User Scenario
- As a retail store manager, I am commuting to work on the train and want to get a jump on my day, so I launch my recruiting app on my iPad. From my home page, I need to see a dashboard that contains such details as positions open in my store, new applicants in my area, my store interview calendar, my own personal interview calendar, as well as a visualization of where previously interviewed candidates are in the process of being hired. Seeing my interview day or week at a glance, with other calendar entries blocked out helps me plan my day.

- In another part of the app, I’ll want to view all the open positions within my company, not just at my store. There, I could either apply for a new position or share a position with someone I know via email or perhaps private message on social channels. These positions can be sorted and filtered in multiple ways

- Another part of the app is where I can look at the entire candidate pool of people who have a profile on my candidate community. I can search for keywords or maybe even do a candidate search based on a x mile radius of my store or a city. Visibility into their social presence such as LinkedIn would be a plus. When I find a candidate I may want to pursue, I want to add them to a Favorites list which I can later engage them for an interview.

- Finally, one of the key areas of the app is where I conduct my interviews from. There I see all the scheduled candidates, I can begin the interview process, ask selected questions, see other people’s feedback on the candidate, and can take all my notes on assessing the candidate for the position. The feedback on candidates is super important and I can collaborate with others on the interview record, which should later allow me to create a job offer right from the app.

- As a great add-on, I would like to see push notifications come across on the iPad when an interviewee arrives and registers at the front desk. From that notification, it would be great to be taken to the candidate profile, which would contain a link to the upcoming interview.

Mobile Storyboards
- Your design needs to conform to all current iOS design standards (very important!)
- Though the iPad application is the focus here, it will need to be adapted to iPhone as well, preferably iPhone 6 Plus scaling.
