Really excited to see your ideas for this challenge.

There is an existing iPad only native application that the sales team uses in meeting with potential customers. We are currently adding in enhancements in the application. The client would like to add in a “fun, cool, unexpected” animation at the beginning of the application.

Design/Idea Considerations:
- This animation/transition should be visually interesting..
- It shouldn’t detract from the usability of the application. That is, it shouldn’t be long, add unnecessary weight to the application (increasing load time), or obscure the message.
- Ideally, the animation would add something both visually interesting and conceptually compelling - can this animation enhance the meaning of organization?
- We have included a link to a sample video that our developer has put together as an initial idea - please find them here: http://youtu.be/eKpBTH3dcNU..
DO NOT COPY this idea or submit a similar one as your own. We are looking for new ideas!
- This animation will be created for iPad, your ideas can use the size as 2048 x 1536px
- Please follow these color as given in the color palette (
Color-Palette.jpg)

User Scenario:
This scenario helps you understand where the animations are shown...
- Initial App load: When the user loads the app, they will see the loading screen, and then be presented with a few form screens to look up their client information or enter the information. Once they “Start the meeting” with the client then the “Animation 1” would take place.
- At the end of “Animation 1”, we show 5 to 6 buttons which when selected by the user we show “Animation 2”

Required Animation Idea:
For this challenge we are looking for couple of animation ideas...We had provided a PSD with the honeycombs, you can mock these up in a graphic program (PSD or AI) and write up your notes. You can show us animations that support your ideas. You can submit a video detailing your thoughts (preferred) or use any medium necessary to convey your thoughts and ideas for us.

Animation 1:
After the initial app load, user will choose a client and click “Start the meeting” which initiates this animation..
- Come up with an innovative, creative animation idea..
- At the end of the animation, we show 5 to 6 buttons for user to select and also show the client logo (use a placeholder)..
- Have the 5 to 6 buttons names as  “By Industry, By Coverage Type, By Service Offering, By Region, Videos & Testimonials, About Us” as a honeycomb [For_Animation-1 (Screen 1.jpg)]..
- User will be able to tap on any of the 5-6 buttons and move forward with the flow (on select on a button will initiate Animation 2)..
- Note the example, shows the 5 to 6 buttons like a honeycomb...note that you need to maintain the design of a honeycomb as given in [
For_Animation-1 (Screen 1.jpg)]...we are just looking for animation/transition ideas like the video example given above..video just shows how we make the animation and end up as a honeycomb..please DO NOT COPY.
- You are free to rearrange the buttons in any order like shown in the video..

- There are no restrictions on this first animation. The sky's the limit. We want to use this transition to wow the customer..

Animation 2:
- This animation is shown when the user selects any of the button shown in the previous animation.
- At the end of this animation, we need to show 17 buttons as a honeycomb
- Please see "[
For_Animation-2 (Screen 2.jpg)]" for reference...note that you need to maintain the design (colors and shape) of a honeycomb as it is shown in the image...we are just looking for animation/transition ideas.
- Given the current app structure, the transition between these two screens must be confined to a native iOS transition. We cannot support anything else for this Animation 2. Whatever transition you choose here must work in harmony with the transition for Screen 1.

Deliverables:
- We are looking for your ideas for transitions/animations..
- Whatever format you submit, please try to have notes detailing your idea - so its clear on how your idea works

- You can even submit a sketch of your idea, if there are enough words to describe it or support your idea with reference links...
- You can also submit a video detailing your thoughts..
- You can mock these up in a graphic program (PSD or AI) and write up your notes or create an animated GIF (preferred).

- Feel free to use any medium necessary to convey your thoughts and ideas for us.

Target Audience:
This app will be used by the client team in meetings with potential customers.
