This challenge purpose is to design Real Time-Leaderboard that will displaying on a TV to see in real time how well Applause Sales Team performing.

We are creating a Sales Leaderboard for their sales team to display on a TV in their office to see in Real-Time how well they are performing.

We are looking for a fresh, clean, professional and creative idea while designing the Applause Real-Time Sales Leaderboard.

Design Guidelines
- Size: Your design should put into 1920px x 1080px screen size
- Font: Fonts are open to the designer.
- Color: The colors must compliment the Applause Design Color Theme (styleGuideOnePager_1-2.pdf)

Design Considerations
- The design should capture attention from a distance; the viewer can come in close and read the specific info.
- Leaderboard design must suitable for  TV framing in a corporate office environment.
- Design should be colorful and attractive, yet adhere to basic Applause brand standards
- We are looking for creativity and originality. Feel free to add original graphics or other stock images to your design.
- With the small amount of text on the page, the design must display an excellent use of typography and layout. The text information provided may be reorganized to suit your layout. Again, be creative!
- Remember, this design is for TV format, no inputs (like keyboard or mouse) supported, all transitions and interactions need automatically show up in some period time.
- The design  should measure performance in real time through exciting TV-Like dynamic leaderboards and motivate Sales Team, inspiring the revenue-generating behaviors you need to exceed your sales goals!
- Leaderboard design should increase motivation, energy and results For Sales Team.

Leaderboard Screen Design Requirements
- Title: “Applause Inside Sales Leaders”
- Insert Applause Logo in your Leaderboard design (applauselogo_white-2.eps)
- Each section title need clear enough to read from the distances
- Graphs, or ranked lists are best option to displaying the datas. We are looking your help us identify good ways to display the data.
- Show creative way represent these following datas, you can re-use sample data from attached file (Sample Data - Leaderboard Appirio (1).xlsx)

1. QTD Stack Ranking
Info: This section contains summary of closed won opportunities during the current quarter by rep. Hoping to bold or emphasis rep who have reached their current quarter quota.

Data informations need displayed are:
- Time Period = Current Quarter to Date
- Opportunity Owner
- Amount
- Photo Placeholder

2. YTD Stack Ranking
Info: This section contains summary of closed won opportunities during the year rep. Hoping to bold or emphasis reps who have reached their current quarter quota.

Data informations need displayed are:
- Time Period = Current Year to Date
- Opportunity Owner
- Amount
- Photo Placeholder

3. QTD Pipeline Creation
Info: This section contains summary of all opportunities created during the current quarter.

Data informations need displayed are:
- Time Period = Current Quarter to Date
- Opportunity Owner
- Total Pipeline

4. Weekly Activity
Info: This section count of all completed activities during the current week by rep.

Data informations need displayed are:
- Time Period = This Week

Submission & Source Files
Preview Image

Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Submit JPG/PNG for your submission files.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator and saved as layered PSD or AI file.

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. We may ask you to update your design or graphics based on other winning placements.

Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.

All fonts, stock photos, and icons within your design must be declared when you submit. DO NOT include any 3rd party files in your submission or source files. Read about the policy.
