Sharing documents in the cloud can offer companies huge benefits but there are often concerns about security. myvaultigo (below given reference site) offers a high level of security through their web app, but our customer would like to be able to use a dedicated iPad app to upload, share and search for their documents.

The key design metaphor for this app is the box file, much like you'd find in an office being used to hold invoices, letters and many other types of documents. In the app these box files will be used to group together whatever combination of files, documents, etc. you wish.

IMPORTANT!! Designs Considerations:
- Looking for modern, intuitive user interface - application should be easy to use.
- Focus on the design being a great mobile experience - the application should be designed for iPad.
- We have provided a reference link to help with the overall idea, please DO NOT COPY.
- Give importance to the overall layout and think on how a user would interact with the content on the page.
- Show all the screens and provide a user flow/click-path so we can see how the interactions fit together in the application
- Make sure all your icons/graphics are vectors, so it helps us convert your storyboards to any required size as this will eventually be developed as a responsive app!
- Please create your designs for iPad portrait (standard view) with a size of 768 x 1024px

Branding Guidelines:
- Please follow the branding guidelines from www.capgemini.com
- Feel free to use the colors, fonts and also grab the logo from above site

Scenario:
John works for a leading "big 4" accounting company. As a Partner or Project Manager I would like to:
- Login and/or register - in so doing, identify myself as working for this accounting company
- Find, request and download documents** to help me both sell more work or deliver on existing clients (ideally I would find them through client name, document type, author/team or other related metadata/tags)
- Upload/store these documents in my own personal vault, so I can access them later
- Rank them according to their usefulness
- Share my own documents with colleagues (and perhaps even promote internally)
- Ask questions to the author of the documents

(any other functionality from Vaultigo.com and/or my vaultigo.com and/or elsewhere you would like to suggest)

Reference Site:
Please have a look at this reference site (www.myvaultigo.co.uk), this has a similar functionality to what we are looking for - we recommend you to create an account with this site to help you understand the requirements, but please DO NOT COPY.
- Vaultigo.com is a cloud service which allows consumers to securely receive, store and manage bills from utility providers, phone companies, pay TV providers, and so on.
- One such use case is for professional services companies - like corporate solicitors and the big four accounting companies - to securely find, store and share documents.
- These documents could include thought leadership, third party market research, past RFP responses, proposals, contracts and statements of works, project plans, solutions, deliverables from past projects, templates for future deliverables, case studies and credentials

- User needs to have option to add more box files to any of the shelves.
- App allows the box files to be ranked based on priority.

- Show options to remove a box file
- Would it good if the user has the ability to name/rename a shelf?
- Will it be good idea to show statistics on the number of files within each of the box?
- User should have the ability to view, edit and add tags to shelf/box files.
- Looking for thoughts on how the user could get the best experience out of your design.

2. Box Main View:

- Within each of the boxes they should be able to create folders.
