Challenge Description:
Our mobile app needs to have a very obvious big button look and feel. The reason is, the primary users are walking through crop fields (or driving in a pickup truck between crop fields) and they are on the go. In short small buttons, icons, and pull downs will be too hard to safely see and touch/tap.

We are looking for the [topcoder] design Community to help us with planning our new "user experience" (UX).

Supporting Documents:
- How the client visualized the app (App Visualization.zip).
- Voice commands script (Voice Demo Script.png)

Branding Guidelines:
Color palette:
- Medium Green: #49AF2D
- Medium Blue: #0B3090
- Medium Grey: #CECECE

Design Goals:
- How should this mobile app look?
- How quickly the user can find what he wants?
- The app should be easy to use and depend on voice commands.
- This app will use Android operating system.
- Think simple but effective solutions! Have fun creating this - let us know how you think it should work!

Screen Sizes:
- Mobile Resolution: Design for standard mobile size of 320px x 480px.

User Story:
- Jane unlocks her home screen, with a secure, verbal command, that recognizes only the smartphone account owners voice profile.
- Jane records a short verbal observation that is stored as an audio file.
- Jane performs a verbal search against an existing database that is in the cloud.
- A self-guiding checklist that helps Jane complete her standard 10 question checklist, by verbally prompting Jane to fill in missing questions.
- Jane verbally tells the App to take the audio file that she just created, and electronically send it to a Human Transcriptionist to convert the audio to text that is both scientifically/technically accurate for the agronomists body of knowledge, and legally accurate for record keeping that could be used for annual, required government reports.

Required Screens:
- Users will be able to take actions using voice commands and taping on big buttons.

1) Login Page:
- User should be able to login to his application with a secure verbal command.

2) Main Menu
- After a user logs in he will have 9 round buttons (we don’t like the square ones) with the commands he can do:
-- Take a note.
-- Take picture.
-- Record video.
-- Auto checklist.
-- Share public.
-- Voice search.
-- Weekly report.
-- Send transcript.
-- Live expert.
- Please show us how you imagine the interaction between the user and the app after the user take action using voice command or by taping on one of the buttons below.

A- Take a Note is highlighted:
- User records a short verbal observation that is stored as an audio file.

B- Voice Search is highlighted:
- User performs a verbal search against an existing database that is in the cloud.

C- Auto Checklist is highlighted:
- A self-guiding checklist that helps user completes his standard 10 question checklist, by verbally prompting user to fill in missing questions.

D- Send Transcript is highlighted:
- User verbally tells the App to take the audio file that he just created, and electronically send it to a Human Transcriptionist to convert the audio to text that is both scientifically/technically accurate for the agronomists body of knowledge, and legally accurate for record keeping that could be used for annual, required government reports.

Note: Please don’t copy the current mobile version shown in visualization folder, as we need to make the mobile version more usable, modern, and we are looking for round buttons.

Important:
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance

Target User:
- The users are agronomists (think of them as 'plant doctors') who inspect crops in agriculture every day.  They walk a field (i.e. corn, or soybeans) and make visual and verbal observations based on their expertise (i.e. they look for weed, disease, and water-related problems).  They sometimes have a masters degree or higher, and make formal recommendations that can increase the profitability of a farmer (their customer) and reduce the environmental impact via optimal use of chemicals, etc.  The key is that they are always on the go, either walking or driving during the entire day.  This App will enable them to capture their expert observations while still on the go.

Judging Criteria:
- How well you plan the user experience and capture your ideas visually
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design
- Your design should possible to build and make sense as a mobile application
- Creativity and ease-of-use is key to the success as it must be engaging to users.
