Challenge Summary

Welcome to Titan Media Company Infographic Design Challenge. We are looking to create an infographic around a communications effort to educate and inform Titan Media employees of  the changes coming to their company.

Titan Media owns a bunch of different types of media companies including several broadcasting stations accross different cities and metadata companies. They separated from Titan Publishing very quickly and need to get off the old systems and into their own systems (i.e. a new financials system, a new travel and expense program, and other programs). There are a lot of moving parts, but we’d like to focus in on an infographic that helps explain the Vision Map.

We are really excited to see your designs for this challenge!

Note: "Titan Media" is just a codename

--
Note: We have FAST checkpoint in this challenge and should be having more time for Round 2..

Titan Media would like an infographic concept to portray the fact that these technological implementations (and accompanying re-organisation) are meant to support the media landscape changes at warp speed and push for profitable growth.

IMPORTANT - Design considerations!!
- We are looking for a cool, slick, professional Infographic that helps convey the message!
- This infographic will be used in websites, presentations etc.

- We want to simplify this infographic by not having too much text and look overly complicated. We're looking forward to more of a graphical representation
- The graphics should convince or compel viewers to understand the the provided vision map
- Make sure your all elements in your designs are vectors, so it can be resized to any size.

Infographic Design Size:
We would like to have the size of the infographic in rectangular sizing (either as portrait or landscape), you can use either of below design sizes:
1024 x 768px - landscape (or)
* 1280 x 720px - portrait

Infographic Theme Idea/thoughts:
We would like you to consider below theme/ideas while designing your infographic.
- Initial ideas around a theme that could help frame up the infographic are cars and driving. Also we'd like to show how we are moving towards a more advanced solution. An analogy would be something like "Going from a Flintstones car to the Jetsons space car. We need you to create a visual infographic that helps convey these concepts.
- What visual “vehicle” will you choose to help explaining this?
- How can you show Titan Media getting from Point A to Point B?
- How can you show that this plan is the bridge between where the company is now and their future?
- Think of icons and imagery to help support this theme or come up with your own visual theme that helps illustrate the infographic goals.
- Other creative ideas: think racing car, engine, bridge.

Infographic Goals:
The goal for this infographic to increase awareness, communicate the overall vision, convey that Titan Media has a solid plan in place to manage change, garner trust in the change process, and show the pathway or “bridge” between the company’s current and future state.

- This program is always concerned with people, process, and technology. They are getting off complex and incredibly customized technologies and moving to a new financials system, a new travel and expense program, and other new programs.

- Their goal is to spend less effort transacting and to "face forward" (look forward, not backward) to grow business profitability. They want to "drive to the future" - leaving their archaic ways behind and heading into the 21st century.

Infographic Content:
We would like you to use content shown in attached image...we would like you to think about how this content can be conveyed visually in your infographic design.
- This image conveys below sections - it is up to you on how effectively you convey this visually in your infographic.

1) Title: Face Forward
- Come with ideas on how/where to include a title for this infographic
- Make sure it does not distract the main content of the infographic.

2) Our Story:
- Need to come up with graphic that conveys below.
- Think on how well you can describe this below text as a graphic conveying the meaning of the story:

“Improve the analytical capabilities to allow us to make better, more informed business decisions to drive revenue and profitable growth”

3) Principles and Attributes:
The project principles include the following and each of them has corresponding attribute details:
- Frictionless
- Face Forward
- Adaptable
- Accountable
- Collaborative

- Each of the above principles has "attribute" details can be seen in the attached example image.
- These attribute details are self-explanatory and could help convey the meaning of each.
- Overall these attribute details helps in convey technological changes supports the company and push for profitable growth.
- Come up ideas on how these can be shown as a graphic.
