Challenge Summary

Welcome to the Plutus Idea Generation Enhancements Challenge! For this challenge we are going to handle things in a different way to a usual idea generation challenge; you are going to be provided with 2 ideas for mobile apps and your job is to give us some feedback on these apps and make suggestions on how to improve them. Also some areas are quite unclear so we need your help to analyze the ideas and tell us how they can be achieved from your point of view.

Note: Plutus is a codename for the client.

So what do YOU think? Are you up to the challenge?

Round 1

For Round 1, you are expected to submit your completed idea, including:
1. Feedback Paragraph.
2. Suggestions and Enhancements.
3. Explain The App.
4. Screenshots or Mockups.

Round 2

For Round 2, you are expected to submit your completed idea again. At this point, you may have made changes to your idea, based on any feedback from the client (if applicable).

Requirements:
In this challenge you are already provided with 2 ideas for mobile apps:
1- 'My Car' App Concept.
2- 'My Home' App Concept.

For this ideation challenge, we want you to:
1- Provide feedback on the idea.
2- Suggestions to enhance the ideas.
3- Explain the areas of the idea in a clearer and how those areas can be achieved.

Supporting Documents:
- My Car App Concept ('My Car' App Concept Screenshots.zip)
- My Home App Concept ('My Home' App Concept Screenshots.zip)
- Both files can be found in Google Drive.

Organizing Your Submission:
Your submission should contain a detailed description of your idea. Preferably one document, with four (4) sections:
1. Feedback Paragraph:
- Provide your feedback on the idea!

2. Suggestions and Enhancements:
- Suggest new features and enhancements on the current app, and what would you do to make it a better app.
- As the app will have a broad range of features it would benefit from having a modular structure, so features can be added over time. Think about how this might be achieved and a how that would influence the design.

3. Explain The App:
- In this section you need to break out the app areas and explain it, and tell us how do you think this area can be achieved.

4. Screenshots or Mockups:
- You are encouraged to provide screenshots or mockups of your idea to explain it more. You can use Axure (optional) to design screenshots and Mockups.

Important Notes:
Where the documents talk about proof of identity we already have an identity provider in place so you don’t need to worry about this.
- We are expecting one document for each app, so don’t mix the 2 apps in one document, so the final outcome will be 2 documents:
-- Enhanced My Car App.
-- Enhanced My Home App.

Although there are no limit to number of submissions you can upload, you should only upload multiple submissions if each one is comprehensive and substantially different from your others. Within these constraints, you are free to describe any number of alternative approaches and extra features. In fact, we encourage you to do so. You can't have too many ideas!

As a reminder you can submit anything you think highlights your idea clearly.

The sky's the limit! Good luck!
