Challenge Summary

Welcome to the Sigma - Mobile Application Design Concepts Challenge!

A leading SaaS Company, codenamed Sigma, is seeking to improve its retention of top talent and help employees be more in control of their personal career journey.  Sigma is growing quickly and has a young, dynamic workforce, many of which work remotely, or on-the-go.  The core Sigma employee values are Achievement, Innovation and Team.  The growth rate also means that many of the employees have a very short tenure.

Employees have raised concerns that career development discussions are too regimented within current HR systems, and they often find it hard to have long-term discussions with their line managers. Remote/Field-based work can make employees feel isolated and they lack an i support network of people that can empathise with them on both a career and personal/ perspective.

Being a SaaS Company, employees are heavy users of mobile technology and the App must be Consumer-grade with an innovative and intuitive UI/UX to drive adoption.

We currently do not have any formal requirements. We are looking for you to provide design concepts and click-paths. This is the first step in planning our mobile user experience!

In this contest we are looking for DESIGN CONCEPTS on how this Mobile Application could work. What should the user see and experience when using the application?
