For this Challenge we need your help to update provided spreadsheet files of Microsoft Excel Base-App by follow provided requirements and also re-skinning the form look and feel to follow Client Design Branding.

Client is looking to improve their existing Microsoft Excel Base-App by updating current form and enhance the form look and feel based on client Design Brand.
Submissions Deliverables
For this Challenge you need submit these 2 files as submission:
1). Microsoft Excel 2007 Template File (.xlsx format)
2). Microsoft Excel 2003 Template File (.xls format)

Design Guidelines:
- Size: Implement Best Practice of Excel Spreadsheet
- Color Theme: Need follow Brand Identity Manual.pdf
- Fonts: You can use existing font OR follow Brand Identity Manual.pdf
Submissions Requirements:

- You need submit these 2 forms as explained below by capture “Global Requirements” and “PER (Product Event Report) Requirements” like provided “Offline Form Requirements.docx”
1. Event Import Offline form
File as base update: Event Import Offline Form.xlsx
Info: “Event Import Offline Form” is the form that gets uploaded to the Quality System as it meets the format for the Quality system. The fields are coded to the appropriate fields using the Office Integration and the fields have the “design name” identifier. If you click on a field in this form, you will see a name appear in the upper left of excel, this is the “design name” of the field. So, the two forms should both have the same fields and the “Sample Redesigned Offline Form” mapped to this “Event Import Offline Form”.
- One of our main priority for this challenge is capture “Global Requirements” and “PER (Product Event Report) Requirements” like provided Offline Form Requirements.docx
- Pay attention to every details requirements, we need you suggest correct and best practice solution for each tasks. Let us know if some tasks possible or not to implement. We can discuss!

- Think about how you suggest Fresh look and feel, but need stick with client Color Theme (Refer with Brand Identity Manual.pdf)
- Re-use provided Client Logo and EPIQ logo
- How you design each section title? Should we keep the gradient effect?
- Think about how message information need displayed
- How label should designed?
- Notice there’s “asterisk” mark in label. How you design them?
- Use Best Practice for “Typography” implementations
- How table should designed? Did we need alternating rows?
- Play around with provided Design Guideline when re-skinning this file.
- Also make sure everything use consistent margin/spacing
- Feel free create Iconography to help explain each form sections!
- Show clear design for input field, drop down or textarea
2. Sample Redesigned Offline Form
File as base update: Event Import Offline Form.xlsx
Info: “Sample Redesigned Offline Form” is the “user friendly” form for a person to enter data. A person does not need to scroll across the screen for many columns to enter data. It goes straight down by section. However, this form cannot be uploaded into the Quality system because it does not meet the necessary format due to the subforms in the application (Product Details and Customer Details).
- One of our main priority for this challenge is capture “Global Requirements” and “PER (Product Event Report) Requirements” like provided Offline Form Requirements.docx
- Existing forms content can remain same, while mimic requirements stated above
- You just need update existing “Sheet” tab for this challenge task
- Basically this spreadsheet need look as one set design with “Event Import Offline form”.
- Think how to make these 2 spreadsheet look different in Color Theme. And user easy to recognise both spreadsheet.

Microsoft Excel files for the client to review.
Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Microsoft Excel 2003 or above and saved as .xlsx or els file format.
Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your submission based on client feedback.
