Project Overview
Wissenkarten Projekt is an application that provides many services to the end user is the form of "knowledge cards". Think of these as widgets with additional functionality associated with them.
Challenge Overview
One of the cards that we will provide is the Weather card which gives details about the weather based on a certain set of parameters such as weather based on a location, forecast for the next 3 days etc.
This challenge is to create a wrapper module around this service.
Challenge Details
Post registration, you will find a document detailing Weather.com's API.
You will also be provided with an API key.
You need to use the documentation to write a node.js module that will provide functions to interact with Weather.com
Eventually, we will use this service as part of a large web application.
Note: You are not allowed to use any existing weather related node.js modules. You have to build it from scratch.
Final Submission Guidelines
Submit your changes in a zip file along with
- A video demonstration of your submission - ensure that the video is not publicly available.
- A detailed document describing how your service can be used / integrated with the application.
- Unit tests in Mocha
